That's exactly the reaction I was NOT looking for. ^^; As I said above, go ahead and deco your posts if you want. You wouldn't stop dressing your avatar in clothes if I said that I didn't like how any of the items on Gaia looked, would you?

Well, I think your post decorations are a little too big. I think it's cute when people use colored text art (you know, like "~*~" kind of things) and tiny gifs to decorate their posts, and I also think it's perfectly acceptable to put an avatar in your post if you're role playing as that character, but otherwise, it's a little excessive. Any thing that you're going to add to every single post you make should be in your sig instead, because sigs can be avoided by people who don't want to see them.
Hmm... My own sig isn't breaking any rules, but now I think it's too big...

Awesome!
This is that ring I was having trouble getting a picture of earlier.
I love this ring.
I got it in Mainz during Johannesfest for about... 25 euros, I think. @_@
It'd be pretty awesome if I could pixel it for my avatar, but I think it'd be a bit too small to make it work. xD;

*auto-gonks at the idea of attempting to pixel that ring onto a finger that is 3 pixels wide at most*

Once I was asked to pixel a medical bracelet - including enamel caddeuces and three lines of engraved text - onto an avatar. I cried.

The guy who visits my school to sell stuff before holidays sells thoes kind of rings. I need more rings. I've got 3 now: http://www.pyramidcollection.com/itemdy00.asp?c=&T1=P11398+5&SKW=trinity&PageNo=1- The silver one. I had to practically beg my boyfriend to buy it for me. I wanted the gold one, but he bought me the silver one instead, because apparently $229 is too much to spend on an engagement ring. - A really cheap thick-banded silver one with swirly designs on it. Some of them have broken off, so I have to replace it. - A set of four silver bands connected to eachother. They kind of look like this one: http://www.pyramidcollection.com/itemdy00.asp?c=&T1=P11564+5&SKW=infinity&PageNo=1I used to have a Peridot poison ring, but it broke, and two matching false moonstone and onyx rings that had trinity knots on them, but the cat thought they'd make great toys so they're lost somewhere around my house...

FERRO MAGNESIUM SILICATE (Fe, Mg)2 SiO4
MY FAVORITE MINERAL. You think my boyfriend would buy me MORE of it, but he always just buys me gaudy jewelry his Dad's wife picks out on Amazon.com.
I'd better get something decent for our 4 year anniversary this October. I want to use my Professor's diamond-blade saw to slice up a giant piece of desert-stained quartzite I found in Utah and shape it into a heart as a gift for him. So he can use it to decorate his cube.
