Sorry for my temporary lapse of posting I'm doing a hardcore Beta test on Defiance. Found quite a few things and they have tipped an ear to my posts. (Considering im not just playing im actually doing what your supposed to in a Beta.)
I will have one up by tomorrow.

DarkKingJilly Very nice to see you back. I wouldn't have expected to see you here in HvH though. How's life? =] I should have joined a while ago. Nowhere else in gaia is thriving and all the tournaments died out except thee old guilds. I got four characters ready to rumble. One of them is a revamped Joe! ＼(^o^)／ I also got all the Asian emotes!

If you like Sushi the best sushi chef in the world is on Okinawa. Yoshi Hachi, His place is near gate 2 street the Hancho's know where it is as Yoshi Hachi's Also Jilly im a bit brain dead at the moment so I wont be able to post anything even remotely worth while for Exterminator.

Epic: Our guild can be slow at times but there are several of us who want to see the story deepen and progress. Also we try to keep the story available for anyone to integrate the history of their own characters into the overall plot for HvH.
We just got a new arena up as well and I hope to see more action in it soon.

I seriously keep coming back here with the intention of joining in the RP but I got so lost in the story and haven't been inspired enough to come up with a new character.. Although I am interested in the arena.. Though to be honest, more for my boyfriend's sake than my own at the moment. I'm curious as to how it works. My boyfriend is fairly new at RPing. He wants to use RPing to advance his writing, particularly when writing fight scenes.. but has little true experience with it.
But, yeah, back to what I was saying before... How does the arena work? Mostly asking about the characters. Would you guys like him to type out a full detailed profile in the profiles section or just jump in and find someone to fight without any sort of details to show for? I assume the first... but I am curious.

I think that might be slightly impossible. I've been lurking about since what.. the second.. maybe third chapter(?) and I had periods in my life where I couldn't be around and when I came back the only one who would tell me what had happened was Jeohin... Which, no offense to David, but he isn't very good at catching people up.. in much of any subject.. So I got lost in it all and just kind of.. drifted away. So much has happened in this RP I'm not sure you could explain it all.. But maybe things that are relevant to the current.. realms' histories and the main players' histories.. That might be helpful. (Yes I know there is a thread like that but it is kind of hidden away and outdated)

Another thing you can do is give people a simple starting point that will get them used to the RP and the way things go and get them introduced to people.. and the story.. They don't have to START there if they have their own little side plots and s**t.. but something to fall back on if they start to get lost.

The story is also set up so that anyone can choose to join, leave, or suspend themselves in the overall plot. Perhaps I need to make both the "bullet point" and "where to start" sections easier to find or see.
