Little Indigo So, I'm back. Myeh.
Filled out a job application, sent it in, and now they want me to come in for an interview, but I'll have to schedule it with them.
I'm so nervous. What should I wear when I go in? neutral I suggest... clothes. Clean ones preferably. Going in a burlap sack just sends all the wrong messages. wink
In all seriousness, I suggest that if you're interviewing for a clothing store, to wear something that an employee of said store would wear while on the job. If you're interviewing for an office position, wear something that says you're professional, mature, but still approachable. Don't use heavy perfume. Last thing you want is your interviewer sneezing uncontrollably.

Well, the place I'm applying is more like an amusement park/convention... so. sweatdrop

Then I'd suggest wearing something slightly dressy, but not too professional. Something like you'd wear to a first date and he's taking you to a nice restaurant.

... ... ...
Every year I go through this and you'd think I'd have figured it out by the third time through, but no.
I lose things, easily. As such, I lost my user name and password to get into the new system that the community college's using this year. I go to get the information, and get told repeatedly to check out this booklet and that it will answer all my questions.
...As of thirty minutes in, and re-reading the section some five times, my questions have yet to be answered.
I lothe getting ready for classes. stare
