Robert nodded as Dani suggested they find Achilles, and followed her as horses was never his forte and hadn't come across any stables before. Adjusting the back pack on his shoulder, he was matching her step for step when the massive bolt of lightning struck, just as surprised as Dani but not as vocal, instead his gaze narrowed, his knuckles whitening with anticipation as he hustled behind her, reminding himself to keep himself to a moderate pace...no need to blur right past her, although, with that Witchblade, he wasn't aware of her top speed...if she had one.
"I don't know...but from the look of those small structures near the field, I'm guessing it struck where those stables you were talking about...!"
Soon, both Robert and Dani, just missing Chris carrying off what looked like Cassie, instead stopping near Achilles. Robert let Dani do the talking, instead looking rather focused and aware of his surroundings...there was more then just lingering static in the air...

*Chris reentered the room with some bottled water for CassieClone. Maybe things were looking up. The invasion seemed a little slow and ineffectual so that was cool. And maybe his relationship wasn't a giant black hole of suckage.

Or it was a black hole of suckage. And the suckage was going on between Jack's and CassieClone's lips.*

*CassieClone grinned wickedly at Chris. She licked her lips and went back to making out with Jack.*
FINE! You can have her Jack! Have fun rescuing her the next time she's kidnapped cause she'll dump you right afterward!
*Chris fled the building. Students milled around campus in confusion and no one noticed Chris going into the Arts building to be alone. He sat in the theater, slumped down in a chair in the first row.*

Like a laser-guided missile, Mary Batson dashed and came to a stop in front of Lisa Snart, who was packing up her things at the school ice rink.
"OMIGODOMIGODOMIGOD LIIIIIIIISAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-"
Lisa scowled at Mary.
"It's called breathing, Mary. Look into it!"
Mary gasped a deep breath.
"IT IS ALLLL OVER THE SCHOOL CHRIS POWELL FOUND CASSIE SANDSMARK MAKING OUT WITH JACK HORNER AND THEN HE THREW A HISSY FIT LIKE A LITTLE GIRL AND PUNCHED A HOLE IN THE WALL AND BROKE UP WITH HER AND RUMOR HAS IT THAT HE'S IN THE ARTS BUILDING KICKING PANTINGS OF PRETTY GIRLS AND HE'LL TEAR IN HALF ANYONE WHO TALKS TO HIM RIGHT-"
Lisa stuffed a hand over Mary's mouth.
"Mary. Just nod, or shake your head. Did you just say that Chris Powell broke up with that cheerleader b***h?"
Mary nodded her head. Lisa smiled and licked her lips.
"Oh, I am going to enjoy this..."
Lisa shoved Mary back and took off like a beeline for the Art's building.

Probably about time. I was always into her more than she was into me, Chris thought.
She wanted that dillhole, Jack! FINE! Chris could go find someone else to date. Someone that was giant pain like Jack! That would show Cassie! He'd find some girl that would drive Cassie nuts and he would date her. HE WOULD DATE THE HELL OUT OF HER! scream *

Lisa stood inside of the door of the arts building, a slight, confident smile on her face. She decided on the direct approach this time.
She marched through the rooms, looking for Chris.

xKim Pine  It had been hard to find a room where she could practice her drums, and so she had settled on the art building. There was no one ever in there aside from Billy and Teddy when they wanted a place to make out where no one would find them. And sometimes Wallace to flutter about and look intelligent in the hopes of finding a soulful artist to make out with.
BOOM BOOM BOOM.
She played away on the drums, not noticing anyone else there because, well, why should she?

Bart was walking around campus trying to avoid professor Allen. Apparentely he heard Bart's last name was Allen and was curious about the brown haired youth claiming to be related to him. Bart could make out the sound of drums but paid little attnetion to them trying not to run in Barry Allen.. Bart had a feeling Barry could tell who he really was and if that was the case there was no way he would like Iris in the boys dorms...

Lisa heard drumming, and assumed it was Chris kicking his foot through paintings. She picked up the pace, bouncing down the hallways until she sighted Chris. Putting a big smile on her face, she bounced up to him.
She changed her mind, and turned the smile into a grimace of sympathy.
"Hey, Chris. Word travels fast. I'm sorry to hear about what Cassie did to you. I'm sure you've noticed..."
She twirled some hair around one of her fingers.
"I've always considered you to be sorta hot, and I was wondering, if it's not too soon with you on the rebound..."
She trailed off and waited for him to finish the thought for her.

Bart wound up finding the one responsible for the sound. He saw a girl playing the drums.. He paused and listened for moment. It didn't seem like professor Allen would find him here.
