I'd cosplay as Alita again just for the sake of cosplaying, but the Stealth sleeves don't work properly anymore. *sniffle*
Wow, those sound like some irresponsible parents there. ._.

I can go on and on and on about these people and how they're bad parents. Though, I probally shouldn't talk until I become one myself...
When the first child was born, they were absolutely sure that he would be the only child they would have. Thus, they spoiled him rotten, showering him with gifts and giving him way too much attention than he needed.
Then they had the second one, by accident. She's an adorable little girl, and I think they wanted a girl more than a boy. What they basically did was that they doted and spoiled the little girl just as much as they once spoiled the boy, but they had to stop spoiling the boy in order to do that. Thus, the boy became understandably jealous and started to loathe his little sister.
This mother is raising her daughter to be a total brat. She's giving her some totally snobby and sexist ideals and she's only four. She likens her to a princess and tells her that she's better than other people. She even told her son that the daughter was "princess" of the house and so he had to listen to her and do what she said, because girls are better than boys. That's not the thing you do to your 9 year old son.
She also told her daughter, once while me and my mom were driving her family to the mall, that when she grows up she should "Marry a rich lawyer." Me and my mom instantly both corrected her with "BECOME a rich lawyer." What is this, the 50's?
Even though the family is poor, they spend their money unwisely. The son owns a PSP and at one point in time, three cell phones. But he's come to expect that if he wants a video game, he should get it immediately. He's a cronic liar, and often tells people that his video games are "broken" when he's tired of them or finds them too hard and that he should trade them in for new ones. We suspect that he may of stolen some of my brothers video games in order to sell them for store credit.
He also plays games like Grand Theft Auto. His dad bought it for him. I TOLD him not to, but they bought it anyway. GTA being played by a 9 and 4 year old! I wouldn't even let the boy play my copy of KH2 because it's E-10!
And these kids don't have ANY friends. Both of our families live on a busy street, where they're the only families with kids and it's dangerous to let them play out front, anyway. The parents are too lazy to take their kids to visit their friends from school. This 9 year old boy thinks that he's best friends with my 19 year old mentally disabled brother. While that's very sweet, this is not a suitable "best" friendship. He needs to hang out with kids his age and at his level. That can actually talk to him. His parents don't see the problem, and find it convenient since when the son goes over to my mom's house (Every. Single. Day.), they're getting free babysitting.
And finally, the last thing I will complain about in this post, these parents pretty much smoke non-stop. Their house and everything in it is yellow because it's covered with tar. If they want to kill themselves, that's fine, but it's unacceptable that they smoke that much near their children. The level of second hand smoke they have to breath in is almost as bad as you'd get from smoking yourself.
Seriously, I once borrowed a DVD from them, and the case was yellow and sticky. Ughhhh.
...Looks like I went on about them anyway. I love story time.

OH MY GOD.
I NEED THAT WHOLE ARMOR SET.
And the hat! THAT WONDERFUL HAT!
There appears to be six wearable-at-once versions of the armor, and two for the hat... a 20 dollar donation? Blah.
Make that 7 versions of the armor and 2 of the hat. I guess I'll still pay 20 bucks, since I don't think I'll wear both the hat and the tote at once.
Gaia is the only website where I pay a "monthly fee".

ZC wants me to donate for him so he can get the full armor >___> But I'm not sure if I can donate this month. Anybody know how much armor is going for?
I find that hat cute, even though I'm not into the Owl thing.

Wargh!
To get a full set of Orly hat poses, it's 5 dollars.
To get a full set of armor, it's 20 dollars.
2 hats, 8 armor pieces.
Come on, Gaia! I don't want to empty my wallet every time you release a donation item! Some people have Wii's to save up for!

Gaia surely found a gold mine when they thought of items with multiple poses that can be combined, like the veil and the armor... I hope they gave a pay rise to the guy who had the original idea >>
The O RLY owl cracks me out, though rofl

0mega_Virus @ -Queen Emma- : The credits were a gift to those whom found people stealing M&K Inc.'s edits. They were also a gift from Miriam during christmas to those whom were regulars in the shop. Since Meriko is going on Hiatus, this means that the credits are getting cashed in for gold. She will still be around, just not as an editor for a while. Now.. if your wanting to get an order done, I would suggest waiting until one of the editor's, such as Myself or BridgeChan (whom do customs and pre-mades) or Unknown Variable and LadyDelaidra(whom do pre-mades only) to open their shops and then post an order. Sorry for the inconvience, but the guild is in a transitional overhaul right now. Your more than welcome to chat, or hang out if you wish. Hope this Helps~ Si, gracias. -tends to talk a bit of spanish now and then since I'm in Level 2 Spanish in school- sweatdrop I was curious because I was hoping to give store credits to a friend (she's on a quest and there are a lot of Meri and Kimini edits on the list) 3nodding
