She got CPS, to believe I was getting jumped at school, instead of being hit at home.
So now… CPS thinks I’m a liar.

As for the lawyer thing, I have a public defender.
I originally wanted to defend myself, because I have no life, and like to look up useless crap like laws and stuff.
And I’m so good at finding loopholes, my history teacher once told me “Jesus Christ Krysta! You find so many loopholes you can make the Declaration of Independence, read ‘SCREW THE CONSTITUTION!”
But… my Mom insisted I get a public defender…
Yeah… lets see how well that goes. D< Hmmm.....well I'm actually studying Law,so let me tell you one thing.....Though we have your back,take all our comments as advice. What you might want to do is consult with an attorney. I know that's a big step but nothing is bigger than losing your freedom over some.....witch with a 'b'. So consult with a lawyer and tell them everything. Don't leave anything out. If you really speak the truth and tell them every aspect of it,you should get off free. Even so,you may even get something back because of the circumstances.

Hark How The Angels Sing @Orchid: Well just stay at the Forest. That's where he's at.
@Shira: No. I'm only 15 and a High School Freshman (for only one more month). I just have a team of lawyers that work with both sides of my family. I actually the biggest two disputing families in all of California (literally). The amount of court dates my parents have are off the charts. I actually cry my self to sleep some nights cuz I'm afraid I'll have to leave one of them..... emo
It was the same with me, until I got ahold of my Mom and Dad and told them to grow the hell up.
I think it was along the lines of: "God, can't you guys, just grow the ******** up? I'm tired of you fighting all the ******** time. And then putting me and my brother in the middle of it? Or real ******** mature guys! I don't care that you're lives were ruined because you made a ******** mistake. You know what "Wah" Move the hell on! Because you're ruining MY life. And if you care anything about me at all, you'd stop!"

CPS= Child protective Services.ya....i did a pretty good arguement to the governer of alaska[yes i met sarah palin] and the mayor of my town and scott kawasaki!! he is good looking heart i debated on the no hugging or any physical contact rule

The.. what?it's telling that no kids shall hug, hold hands, skip together, kiss, swim together, have class together, talk to each other or any other physical contact ._. it lasted a week before every kid started throwing raw hamburgers at the vice princible to inforced it and stale jello at the princible blaugh
