Akvedukt I bet I beat you all when it comes to Swedish words! Ladugårdarne. And what did that mean? biggrin Our teacher started swearing in Italian and stormed out the other day. It was so funny cause one student could understand what she was saying, and he just sat there looking shocked mrgreen

That happens to me at the mall; every time I go to JCPenny, I hear Puerto Rican mothers swearing in Spanish at their kids. D: And they don't whisper it, they yell it. 'Cause they think that everybody there is "American" and no one will understand them...but me, my mom and sister do. xD Joke's on them. lol

Do to my lighter skin and heavily american accent, lots of people don't know I understand them when I speak in spanish. once This spanish lady and I think her daughter told me to take her to my supervisor. They were chattering behind my back in spanish that she had hit his car. eventually she decided not to tell him and just left me.

Yeah, I have light skin, as well. But I have a weird accent when I speak in English. xD Though, only Americans can tell. When I speak to Latinos/Hispanics in English, they don't detect my accent. Haha.

Give me a few more months and I could probably teach you. I'd say so now, but I'd like to complete my second year of studies before I claim any sort of fluency. Though preferably the third or fourth.

First of all, it's "Chinglish", and second she yelled one paragraph in one language, and another in another.

If you're near someone cussing in german, remember to take a couple steps back. They tend to sprinkle.
