"Hey, I just bought it for the little guy, I am not responsible for any of Cyndaquil's actions related to the Poke-Toy." Rex shrugged.
Cyndaquil frowned and cuddled up to Shaydas.
Rex waved to Ginji. Corphish frowned. Rex turned a little kid cartoon and Corphish froze up, staring at the tv.

Shaydas looked down at the Cyndaquil and couldn't help but force a pained smile. "They're so easy to forgive when they're little, aren't they?" he asked Rex. The Lucario applied a little pressure to the bandages over his eye. "I hate Mondays. Sundays are bad, but this is worse," he groaned.

"Yeah, they are." He smiled. "Yeah Sundays suck too." Rex shrugged. He looked at Corphish, who was as still as a statue.

...
I go about my business while waiting for someone else to arrive. Eventually I end up in the deeper parts of HQ where I'm not likely to be found until later.

Rex walks in, Cyndaquil ran in ahead of him. Cyndaquil stood in the middle of the room, looking for Dusclops. Realizing Dusclops was not here, Cyndaquil frowned, but then went on by playing with the toy Poke-Ball Rex had bought him.

Tommy sat busily on the couch, researching possible missions he would be interested in taking, though not quite sure if he'd do them anyways. Just for fun. You never know, he always said to himself. Frankly, it'd been almost a year since his run-in with the imposter-Aqua Fearows. "I wonder what have become of those pesky critters..." Tommy shrugged, and continued back in to his work.

So many dreams were broken and so much was sacrificed
Was it worth the ones we loved and had to leave behind? Maddy walked in through the teleporter, holding a plate with a chocolate cake on it. The cake was covered in chocolate icing and rainbow sprinkles in the shape of various Dragon-type Pokemon. Three pieces were already removed from the cake but plenty was still left.
"Well, thought I might as well share my creation with everyone else." She said, going to the kitchen and setting the cake on the table. "Must say, it's quite tasty."So many years have past, who are the noble and the wise?
Will all our sins be justified?

Rex and Cyndaquil walked in through the teleporter. "Do I smell cake?" Rex asked no one imparticular.
"Cynda! Cynda Cynda!" Cyndaquil cheered. Cyndaquil ran into the kitchen and saw the glorious cake. "CYNDA!" Cyndaquil hopped up on the counter and got a piece of the cake. "Cynda*munch*quil!" Cyndaquil said as he ate the cake piece.

So many dreams were broken and so much was sacrificed
Was it worth the ones we loved and had to leave behind? Maddy was sitting on the ceiling of the kitchen, watching the little Pokemon eat a piece of the cake.
"After having two kids and all, I thought it'd be best if I started cooking." She said. "Too bad I have to feed two little monsters."
She jumped down off the ceiling and went out into the main room.So many years have past, who are the noble and the wise?
Will all our sins be justified?

After Cyndaquil finished it's piece, he joined Rex in the common room. Rex was at the coffee table, writing up a mission. "Almost done!"

She took her TADS, checked some messages, and then turned it off.

"Finished!" Rex cheered happily. He then turned to Maddy. "Who knows when?" Rex replied. He went off to go turn in his mission, Cyndaquil staying behind.
