"well... he made it thanks to the stand bye paramedics" he sighed softly
"YES!!" he slid off the bed and hugged Nate happily before it turned awkward and he let go and rubbed the beck of his neck a little

He hugged Maki back. It made him smile for a moment.
"Did your dad ever force you into sports?"

"hockey... but it wasn't really forced... I liked that sport" he shrugged a little
"S-Sorry..." he stammered a little before awkwardly walking back to his bed and sinking in to it, looking down at the floor again

"Its okay." He smiled and brought both his legs up to his chest and wrapped his arms around them.
She smile and wrapped her arms around his middle. "Do you still ever play?"

"not really... our school didn't have a team remember?" he chuckled softly "but I guess I could join a human league or something"
he coughed a little to get rid of the awkwardness and stood. He walked over to the window slowly and looked out

"You could. But if they ever found out what you are, they wouldn't like it." She kissed his shoulder.
"What are you thinking about?" He asked. He hated the awkwardness between them right now.

he blushed and looked away "n-nothing" he stammered, truth be it he was thinking about a future with Nate
he turned and pulled her in to his lap carefully "that's why I haven't joined one... that and... you wouldn't be able to watch me"

She squeaked as he pulled her into his lap. "Day games." She sighed.

he bit his lip and shook his head "no.. i-I can't..." he blinked back some tears "wh...where's Kent? I need to talk to him" he was still staring out the window
he chuckled softly "I'll find a way to let you watch me play in person at some point"

"Um... upstairs with Rin. I can go get him for you." He got up from the chair and walked towards the door slowly.
She smiled, "Yay."

He nodded and left. He knocked on Rin's door. "Umm Kent?" He poked his head in.

He opened his eyes and looked over at the door. "Whats up Nate?"
"Oh Maki wants to talk with you..... And um some of his memory came back too. I'm guessing he thinks he's about 11 now." He walked in, shutting the door behind him.
"Okay." He kissed Rin's cheek before getting up. "I'll go see what he wants." He left and walked to Makis room. "Maki?" He said as he knocked.
she broke the kiss and just looked into his eyes.
