"Oh? Some port-a-bubbles were bought today," I observe.
"Yes, I know, but how did you--?"
Pointing to a carlessly discarded box from the Shop, I respond, "Call it a hunch."
...
I spend some time picking up the boxes and breaking them down for recycling. Once the room is spiffy again, I teleport out with Xatu.

Rex woke up extra early. He had not yet returned Frillish back to his tank. After doing so he went into the common room to utilize the PC. "Time to change up my team up a bit. He deposited Tympole and withdrew his Scraggy and Darumaka, restoring his team to six. He went through the teleporter and began training on the beach. He found a secluded place where no one would be able to bug him.

So many dreams were broken and so much was sacrificed
Was it worth the ones we loved and had to leave behind? Maddy walked into HQ and jumped up onto the ceiling, sitting in her usual spot. She looked around, waiting for someone to appear.So many years have past, who are the noble and the wise?
Will all our sins be justified?

The SIV portal that took Christian yesterday finally spat him back out onto the couch. He surprisingly had his clothes dry and his Pokemon safely in their Pokeballs around his belt. He muttered, "That's weird." Then he looked up and saw Thard. He said," I'm here. Hey Thard!"

" Guess I got lucky." Christian replied. " Anyways, how have you been? I haven't been in Aqua in awhile. How's the fight against Archie going?" Last time he checked, Archie was trying to control the world, like every other evil team.

"Archie's actually been pretty quiet lately. If I recall, Imbruimew still refuses to be controlled, and may have escaped entirely. Somehow, though, I feel it's only a matter of time before one or the other makes their next move."
I cross my arms and tap the floor with my foot, pondering what that next move might be.

Christian said," Hmm, well let's just hope that his next move won't be so powerful." He realized that it had been quiet. There had been no news about some freak attack while he was away. He said," I guess no news is good news, right?"

Rex woke up from a small nap he had taken. "Hey guys...." He said drowsily. He went into the kitchen to make some tea.

Christian said," That could be true, but I hope it isn't." He looked around and noticed that someone had gone into the kitchen. He then looked down at his watch and he gave a surprised look. He said," I gotta go. Nice seeing you Thard." He stood up from the couch and left the HQ through the teleporters.

Rex came back in moments later, bringing out a cup of tea, as well as a smaller bowl of tea. "Go Darumaka!" The doll Pokemon appeared, fascinated by the drink it was offered.
"Daru Daru!" Darumaka smiled.
"Oh, if only I had an idea what you were saying." Rex smiled, patting the Pokemon on the head, then making his way to the couch. He grabbed the remote and turned the TV on, not really noticing what he was watching.
Darumaka slowly slirped(is that how you spell it?) at it's own tea.
