Nick grinned and placed the Port-A-Bubble on his head as he grabbed onto Zero's tail. They waded over to the deeper ends of the shore, and eventually downwards. He observed the wild Chinchou and Relicanth that patrolled the area with a smile. There were many more Pokemon swimming around, and the diversity brought a smile to his face.
((Fact- Real Bubbles are weaker than whatever kind of glass Port-a-bubbles are mode from. ))

"?" Ginji asked as he walked into HQ. "Porygon, show me what's up." he asked as the main screen flashed in HQ to show a few Aquans playing in the vast sea. "And they didn't think to invite me?" he laughed as he walked through the teleporter and started swimming into the depths, an air bubble appearing around him via magic.

Frillish dived back down. "Hey guys, looks like Ginjis coming down with us." Rex said. "I wonder what's been causing these tremors anyways." Rex sighed.

Christian ran back onto the beach, with his Port-A-Bubble ready. He jumped back into the water and swam towards Zelo. Zelo looked a little confused at first, but then understood.

Nick continued to swim down with Zero, a giant swarm of Magikarp dashing right past him. "That doesn't look right." he announced.

"Earthquakes??" Ginji asked confused as he swam up to Rex. "I haven't felt anything, but this far upshore may have escaped my notice." he said while pulling out his DigiDex and looking at the recent tectonic activity, trying to interpret the data.

"I'm not so sure." Rex said. "It felt like the HQ was being bumped up against, or tugged on." Frillish continued to descend down into the depths. The Magikarp seemed to maneuver around and away from Frillish, considering they were a Frilish's top prey.

Christian waved to Ginji and said," I haven't heard a lot about earthquakes on my travels. Maybe it's around this area only." Zelo moved around rapidly, dodging the Magikarp.

"And this seismic data doesn't show anything like an actual earthquake..." Ginji replied as the Magikarp hurdled against him, the teen trying to forcibly remove them from his air bubble.

"A Pokemon? Team Plasma? Something else?" Rex suggested. Another tremor could be felt vibrating through the ocean near the HQ. "This way." Rex pointed to his right. Frillish veered off in that direction. A dark shape surrounded by smaller shapes could be seen by the HQ.

After all the Magikarp had swam away, there was a creepy silence. Before Nick could make the cliche comment, a noise ran out. It was a loud, shrill screech that rumbled everyone's perspective. "TO TO TO!" Zero cried in pain, covering its ears.
After a short period of deafness, Nick turned over to Ginji. "What in the hell was that?!" he exclaimed in panic. Right under them he could see Pokemon scurry away. Krabbys, Omanytes, Kabutos, and Corsolas crept along the ocean floor trying to get away from the painful screeches.

"A Wailord?" Rex suggested again. That was the only Pokemon he had heard of that produced noises like that.

Zelo started swimming in the direction that Rex had indicated, but stopped in mid-swim. Christian said," Zelo, is everything al- oh shoot." He saw what had stopped Zelo. There was this giant thing near HQ. He said,' Okay, what now?"

"No way a Wailord can be that loud. On top of that, I think I a Wailord's cry would be a lot deeper... And sound more like a whale song than a shrill scream." Nick blinked, recomposing himself.

"Sound travels faster in water." Ginji tried to explain before flinching, barely being audible over the sound. Under his breath, he muttered a few words and a circle of light and strange characters lashed out and surrounded the team, blocking the noise out. "Pory, find the source." Ginji ordered as Porygon2 appeared and used magic to scan the area.
