Achilles called over his shoulder, anxiously waiting as the Omac rose and it scanned him.
"Prime candidate for Omac virus. proceed to..."
CRUNCH!
The Omac never could finish as Mysia's huge foot stomped the Omac cyborg flat into the ground, ending its threat.
Achilles looked up at her and shouted, "That one was mine!"

Omac virus, huh? It said I was unsuitable for the virus. I think it couldn't understand my armor. Said I needed to be terminated. Man, that thing was strong.

Achilles pauses a few moments to trade his look from between Chris to Mysia and back again.

We were in the clinic...she brought me dinner. Soldiers stormed the building and...
*Chris shifted from foot to foot*
...she told me to get the sick and injured out. And I did. I was on my way back to find her.

"Guys! Oh GUYS!"
Mary marvel, the Hero High gossip queen, rushed out onto the field and skidded to a halt in between the boys. She started to say something to Chris then paused, and turned back to gape at Achilles and his usual showing of skin.

"Anyhoo..." She said in a rushed breath. "Did you hear? Cassie TOTALLY got waylaid by those Omacs, whicharecyborgswhotakeoverhumanbodiesviaa *gasps* virusinordertoassassinateanyandallbeingswithsuperpowers!" (thanks for the quote Cassie! lol)
She bent over and gasped breath before straightening up and continuing.
"One collared her and took her away. She SO got kidnapped! AGAIN! I gotta spread the word. Toodles!" And off she went.

His hand traced along Billy's neck, then traced over the delicate collar bones at his throat. He felt a little bit of the panic that had been welling up inside of him subside. His forehead pressed against Billy's, and he felt himself smiling. "You ok?"

*Chris scowls after Mary.*
I do not like her. I have an idea...stay here a sec, Achilles.
*Chris slips into stealth mode and disappears from sight. A few minutes later, he returns with a soldier and throws him down in front of Achilles.*
Okay, pal. We have a missing friend...those cyborg freaks took her. Where is she? And remember something before you lie...this guy here with the sword is her brother.

Again.
Achilles silently fumed, and for all that knew him as a friend, knew that when he did not let loose his rage audibly, that was the time to be afraid of his volatile temper.
Achilles knelt down at the soldier's side and grabbed him roughly by the hair and tilted his head back, exposing his throat. It was then the blade found it's proper spot at the jugular and Achilles's voice was an ominous hiss;
"And I am not known for my patience nor understanding. My temper is well known in your modern history books, so I warn you now..."
The blade pressed closer to the man's flesh and a slow trickle of blood formed.
"Answer the man with whatever he seeks!"

"I'm fine Teddy, really. Thanks."
His hand slid down Teddy's arm and the two found their own path away from the other soldiers and Billy's mage peers.
"What's happening, anyway?"

Billy stopped and turned around to face Teddy. He looked around and saw that they were alone and he then looked into Teddy's face.
"Um...Teddy? When were you planning on telling me you were a shapeshifter? You about scared the bajeebers out of me back there."

Billy smiled and gave Teddy a playful swat on the arm and placed his hands on his hips.
"It's not important Teddy but ... I mean I told you everything there was about me. Witch...a vast number of Aunt Clara moments. I just wanna know as much about'cha as I can, y'know?"
Cringed at the trip.
"That's rich." Billy muttered. "One nerd criticizing another nerd."
