      This was definitely a unique situation, or fate had tried extra hard to bring Beatrix to the best location. She had wondered if emotions or bonds with friends had something to do with many of the lost friends of those first finding their selves lost in this world very slowly, was bringing them back together. How many had found each other now? More so then she could count. In her case, she had only found Relm, and although she hadn't seen him yet, Relm had informed her Shadow too, was here. She hadn't found anyone else from her world yet, but kept a positive mind that one day she would.
As Terra listened to the woman explain, she would learn that it now wasn't only this world that seemed to be having strange affects to returning those lost, back to life. While one might find that a wonderful thing, it wasn't always great, it wasn't always the good who were returned. As Beatrix had just spoken of. "Garnet..? Would she happen to have long black hair, and wears a orange jumpsuit with a white blouse top? " She asked, while she had other questions, they could wait for now. In the distress Beatrix was of worry, it was better to let her know that Garnet was indeed here in this world. "..Um, sorry. I didn't mean to ease-drop.Though I have some news she may want to hear. " A young woman in a powder-blue duster stepped out,the two rings hanging at her neck chiming softly with her movement. "Queen Garnet is here, she and I are really good friends! Um, though she isn't here in the building right now, I can tell you that she is safe. She often goes out in search of you and her friends by airship. There are others on the airship with her fully capable of battle, should anything happen." While she didn't want to alarm her, she had to tell the facts. She had to know everything. "Garnet returns here once she takes a break from the searching..I can't say when exactly she will be back, do you want to stay here and wait for her to return? "

 Beatrix listened as Terra spoke once more, the other woman's voice was calm as she explained Garnets appearance. Gastric nodded at the description, "Yes! That's her exactly!" The chestnut haired woman chided before another new voice entered the room. Lifting a grow Gastric shifted her gaze to the new dark haired woman as she entered, claiming to be friends with Garnet. Just heading the queen was alive was enough to calm her down as she let out a sigh of relief. "Well.. I don't have many other options so I'll have to stay here and wait." She would reply to the new arrival before rising to her feet and extending a hand to Rinoa after she had told her where Garnet possibly was, "Thank you so much... Just knowing she's still alive aleviates much of my worry..." Realising that had not yet been introduced the woman General smiled softly at Rinoa, "And it's a pleasure to meet you all, you can call me Beatrix." After making her final introduction for now Gastric folded her arms across her chest, "You said your friends with the queen? May I ask how you met her?" She asked lifting a brow curiously as she decided to get to know these people the Queen had been associating herself with, which they all seemed to be generally good heartwd, with the exception that Beatrix felt it nessecary to keep a hand on her coin purse while Yuffie was there.   "Squall, you're the one who gives me the most comfort. Comfort and happiness... And annoyance and disappointment, too!" "You're-going-to-like-me! You're-going-to-like-me! Did it work?"  Rinoa stepped up now, she knew Terra didn't know Garnet all that well as she did, so she decided it best to take over the conversation as she had more information Beatrix wanted to know. Smiling, Rinoa raised her hand to take hers in greeting as it was offered. "I'm glad we could help at least lesson the worry's! " She lowered her hand, which lowered down to to the brown and white,fluffy collie, Angelo who had just came to sit at her side where Rinoa stood. "Wonderful to meet you, Beatrix! I'm Rinoa Heartilly. And this is my partner, Angelo. " The collie's big brown eyes seemed to raise, as though it were curious about the new woman, her tail wagging behind her. "Hee,hee, she's friendly. Though an amazing help in battle.." It wasn't every day one had a dog with them to fight beside in battle with.
"Oh, goodness..It was, well..It feels like so long ago..We both met in Yuffie's home village of Wutai. It's where we both seemed to arrive upon the first arrival to this world, I met a confused girl, who was just as confused as myself! " Looking back on it now, it really was somewhat funny. Nether of them had any idea what had happened, everything was still so new then, it was the beginning of the strange happenings of random people showing in the world of Gaia. So while it was frightening and worrisome then, looking back now, it just ...didn't seem to bother her as much. She had adapted to this world and the people, even making friends she couldn't imagine leaving. Though in Garnet's case, she had lost her kingdom, her people and friends very dear to her. It was no wonder she had spent her time searching for them every day.

Beatrix smiled softly as Rinoa went on before they were joined by a dog, whom Rinoa proceeded to introduce as her pet. Beatrix crouched down extending a hand to the pup so it might sniff it as she smiled, "It's a pleasure to meet you Angelo.. She's lucky to have you protecting her!" Beatrix joked after before Rinoa went on to explain how she had met Garnet. Beatrix straightened herself back up to eye level as Rinoa spoke of it like a fond memory. Beatrix smiled folding her arms over her midsection, "That sure sounds like the Queen... Making new friends everywhere she goes..", Beatrix sighed a bit as her thought's of the others back home with Kuja lurking about. Wondering whether or not they were ok. "Adelbert..." She muttered beneath her breath before seeming to snap out of a daze looking back to Rinoa, "Hey speaking of new places.. I'm sort of new here myself... And considering I've no real means of returning home yet.. I should probably familiarize myself with the area.", She explained sounding like a professional guard almost before a sudden thought ocurred. That's right! Kuja came back! Beatrix grew wide eye'd leaning sideways against the nearby wall, "He did something to the crystal... That's how I got here!" As her memories somewhat started to file in, "Kuja sent me here... But why!?" she smoke more or less to herself though it was still out loud. Looking to the other present Beatrix took a seat back in her chair again seeming almost winded. What was happening she felt so weak. That was right she had been unconcious for a while and was still sluggish. She hated feeling helpless like this but what was she to do? She needed to rehabilitate herself and fast if she wanted to put an end to Kuja's nefarious way's. And rest seemed her only reasonable option for right now. Coming to this conclusion she calmed herself before looking up to Rinoa, Angelo, Terra, and Yuffie, "I'm sorry I really dont mean to place my troubles on any of you. You needn't burden yourselves with me..." She went on in somewhat of a daze, "I just got light headed for a moment..." Things were so much easier before. Before she had friends, when she was just a name of terror to her enemies. Against her better judgement she let her friends get to close. Was this what caring about people was like? She had never even really thought about that before now. So this was what she put Adelbert through when she left Alexandria in search of the queen. Beatrix's good eye swelled over with a tear, but the woman fought her hardest eventually squeezing it back to stop it from dribbiling down her cheek. These emotions confused her to her core and it was unsettling for a woman as sure as her to doubt herself. She had to be strong for everyone not just herself. She knew they were waiting for her and she wouldn't let them down. Wiping her face somewhat she looked to Rinoa, "I need to find a training area...", She spoke suddenly, "It'd make me feel alot better.. I need to clear my head..." Name:

It's a power to protect
A power to save lives some time had past since the siblings had ventured toward the mansion and after bumbling from place to place they finally reached the massive building. "You know Lucian...up close this place is rather..intimidating" Suki said as she clenched her hand on her brothers sleeve. Lucian patted her head and smiled at his sister "don't worry if your intel is right this could be a home for us for awhile, Atleast till we get a better grasp on this new world we're in." Suki smiled at her brothers confidence, and he was right this could be a new start after the tragic end of their world. "So ummm... how do we even find out if we can stay here Lucian?" She questioned and this question brought all of Lucian's confidence to a halt "ummm I.....don't know" he said rather defeated. "I guess first see if anyone is home, I mean for a building this big that's supposed to house so many people there has to be someone at home!" He said rather loudly and obviously lacking his prior confidence "Lucian you were cool for like a second...now your kinda lame now." Suki said giggling at him as she opened the gate and ran up to the door too knock on it "Saw right though me again" Lucian said as he kinda sulked following behind her.        There was a soft knocking at the mansion's front door, which quickly caught the young ninja's attention. A new visitor? Today was getting busy. Not that it was a bad thing, this place was far to empty lately. And even more so, pretty boring with no Cloud to tease and pester. Yeah, Yuffie loved to bother poor Cloud. It was never-ending."I'll get it! You two just keep talking away. " She grinned, before getting to her feet and rushing off for the front door.
Upon opening it, Yuffie's curious brown eyes settled on the two. "Well, Hello..Um, can I help you with something? " Yuffie asked the two, taking small note of their attire. Were they from the slums? While she wasn't one to judge people, their tattered clothing did show signs of that. But perhaps it wasn't there ether. It wasn't often people from the slums came here, the only visitors they had here were often told to come, by another member of Avalanche pointing them here. Which meant... ".Were you sent here by someone of Avalanche? ...As in, are you not from this world? " It was such a common question now days, it didn't even seem strange anymore.
Rinoa nodded to Yuffie as she left to check who was at the front door, returning her attention back to Beatrix.
"She is very kind. I couldn't imagine it being hard to be friends with her." She said with a small smile. Though that smile soon faded into that of a concerned, puzzled look. "Are you alright, Beatrix? Is something more bothering you? " Clearly something more was bothering her. She thought it may have something more to do with her enemy of her world. "Is Adelbert a friend of yours? ...I mean, if you don't mind me asking. " She didn't want to hurt her by asking to many questions..
"I should warn you first..Surly you've seen it..the tallest building in this city? If you do go about to look around the city, keep away from that building. The ShinRa Head Quarter's, it's not always a safe area to be around. " Though they hadn't had any problems with Adachi recently, she still didn't fully trust him or those residing in that building.
"Beatrix?? I think you should just stay here and rest more. You look pale as a ghost! Are you sure you are alright? You aren't troubling us at all, don't worry about that. As far as I'm concerned, you are a part of this team. And if you need help, were here for you. But for now, You should rest more. In that state, it would be far more dangerous to go training.. Once you feel better, we do have a training area here in the building. But still, I don't recommend it in your weakened state. "

A power to save lives Suki smiled as she looked at her brother as they waited at the front door, Lucian still sulking a bit after losing his confidence so quickly. They both heard a click at the door and their attention went to the young girl who greeted them. Suki listened to her intently and Lucian examined her, both were pretty good at figuring out if some one was a threat to them or if they had bad intention. Suki couldn't hear anything malicious from how she talked and Lucian did note a few things that could make her a warrior by her body. "Well ummm not really....I heard rumors about this place being a safe haven for people who are not from this world, and well me and my brother are not from this one. Actually we don't really have a world to call home anymore." Suki replied to the ninja both confused by the group she mentioned and with sadness remembering her world. " we're just looking for a place to stay till we get back on our feet again and learn more about this world." Lucian stated as a follow up to his sister. "Ya.... we don't really feel right in this world.....it's oddly quiet out." Suki said, a comparison she made mostly due to the amount of howling monster they had in their world. "This city is also....so full of people, far more then we've ever seen bunched together." Lucian added on mostly because he was actually terrified by seeing that many people. "Do you mind if we stay here? We won't get in anyone's way and we'll keep to ourselves" Suki stated with her brother behind her nodding in agreement. I bend the elements into a blade

 While it wasn't obvious to the two in front of her, Yuffie was carefully taking note of how the two acted, from their own expressions, and trying her best to read a little more into them by watching closely as they spoke. They clearly weren't up to anything bad, Yuffie may be a ditz at times, but she did well to read people and see into them, Right now, all she saw was pain in their eyes. Much like she seen in Beatrix. "Well, guess what? You've come to the right place.." The ninja gave them a small smile, as though she were trying to bring at least a little cheer to them. "This is Avalanche mansion, safe haven for all the good people who were brought here into this world. I know it's all strange right now, and a lot to take in..But, yes, of course you both are welcome! There's plenty of room. As a matter of a fact, just a short time ago, a woman named Beatrix showed up here too. So, maybe you can talk to her too? The three of you seemed to have been brought here cat the same time maybe? " Well, she didn't know for sure, but it might help them feel a little better to talk to someone who also was going through the same confusion as they were. "...I don't want to bring up bad memories...but, you said you have no home to go back to? ...What happened to your world? If you don't want to talk about it, that's okay. I don't want to make you uncomfortable.."
Shaking her head, she stepped aside to allow them inside. "Don't worry about that. You aren't going to be in the way, and no one would want to ignore you. So don't feel you have to keep to yourselves if you want to talk to someone! " That just seemed sad to her. Just letting them be alone after what they likely went through, and no one to talk to? It just seemed cruel. "Unless you want to keep to yourselves until you are comfortable, then of course I understand. Just you know, don't feel out of place. Everyone is family here..All those who come here end up to be one really massive family. " Yuffie smiled again.. "And..sorry I didn't say this first.. My name is Yuffie Liler! It's nice to meet you both."

Beatrix smiled softly as Rinoa had asked if she was alright, "I.. I'll be alright.. I'm just not used to it..." She replied looking up to Rinoa, "To caring about people..." Looking off again still in somewhat of a daze, she would soon be brought back as Rinoa asked about Steiner. Beatrix smiled softly, "He's the leader of the Knight's of Pluto who protect Alexandria.... And before all of this happened he proclaimed his love to me..." It felt strange to her saying it out loud and she couldn't help but to smile as thinking of that day constantly made her heart flutter. Was this love? Truthfully she didn't know. It didn't take long for Rinoa to change subjects, explaining the large building in the center of the city as ShinRa Inc., and went on to say that she should stay away from there before going on to assure Beatrix that she was being no trouble and needed to rest. As much as Beatrix wanted to get up she didn't, because Rinoa was right she did need to rest. But that didn't mean she couldn't figure out plan for when she was rested. "So tell me, if the princess is gone for a while where can a girl with a sword find some work?" She asked figuring she would need to find a way to make some money so she might support herself, "I'm quite good with her she is my partner much like Angelo is yours." Beatrix rested an elbow on the arm of her chair before propping her chin atop of it seeming like she was in thought, "I'm open to alot of different types of work. Killing monsters, carrying out bounties, helping the town guard... Actually that would probably be my best option as I ran Queen Garnet's personal guard...", she explained, "The Knight's of Alexandria.." she trailed off a bit. Though there was something deeply bothering her, something she had wanted to get off her chest for the last few years now. Beatrix had been paying close attention to Rinoa's action's this whole time as she feigned her weakness to determine whether or not she fully trusted these people. "I.. Do have to say something.. But please.. You musn't tell another soul...", Beatrix stared at Rinoa, in a stare that said "I'll kill you if you cross me.", before standing up perfectly fine leading leading the girl out into the same hall Beatrix had entered in earlier. "I.. Can't go home.. Even if I do find the Queen...", She spoke softly for the first time her voice actually wavering as tears streamed down her cheek's, "Even if I returned with her... I would be trialed and executed as a traitor to the crown... Alot has happened in her majesty's absence..." Slowly Beatrix slowly looked to the dark haired woman, "After she disappeared... Evidence surfaced that suggested.. I was involved in her disappearance..." She explained as she could still remember the look of disappointment in Adelbert's eye's as he showed up to arrest her being the only other knight in the kingdom with the skills to match her own should she of chose to run. "He let me go...", She muttered softly, "Adelbert came to arrest me and let me go... I've been looking for the princess ever since... And in that adventure I only grew in infamy... I've... Killed so many people..." She spoke regretfully though she knew it couldn't be helped, "So many of my own countrymen, just to get here... I can't return now... With this stain to my knightly hood... After the queen Vanished, the Arch Bishop came and took control being the next in line should this exact sort of thing happen...", She went on explaining her world in a bit more detail, "The arch bishop before then recently had picked up a new advisor, who had never been identified, though I have an idea as to who it is... And he pushed the Arch Bishop into seizing the throne. Then to appease the general populace, set me up giving them a scape goat to distract the people from what was really happening.. "It will grow on you.." She smiled. "My boyfriend used to be the most quiet, anti-social you ever met! But as time went on, he was able to open up a little more, and everyone could see how much he cared for everyone.." Though as of late, he did kind of seem to be going back to those old, quiet days. He was hardly around, but she wasn't about to think the worst yet. Rinoa was hardly one to give up, and especially not on Squall. "It's not a bad thing to show you care, remember that! " Rinoa said. As she seemed to stare off into space for a moment, she was about to say something, when she snapped out of whatever daze she had fallen in. "Oh..oh gosh! That's so sweet..How did he do it? Under the stars, with the beauty of the moonlight shining down on you both? And then...! A shared kiss?? " Okay, Rinoa. Calm down. This was probably not the conversation to be having right now! She could get really lost in these kind of conversations. Rinoa was a hopeless romantic, it seemed! "...Sorry." She blushed. Probably not something Beatrix wanted to day-dream of. Especially since her love was else where, and not at her side.
As their topic took a turn, Rinoa placed a finger to her chin. "Hmm..Well, to be honest, the lot of us gather GIL by taking care of the monsters in the city, and often move around if there are any other problems else where. There is a city that's gaining popularity, Marvel City, there is a training area there that can get you some good amounts of GIL and rewards. You may even enjoy it there, if you like to train. Though if your interest is helping the town guard..I don't know, we don't have knights as you do in your world. Anyone here that protects the city is ether all of us, or the troops of ShinRa who are stationed all around the city. "
As she watched Beatrix, she noticed the change of expression to the woman's eyes, becoming much more serious. And even more so, a little threatening! "Don't worry, you can trust me.." She tried to say with a smile to show she was sincere. As they walked out into the hall, Rinoa glanced to her as they walked.. "W-what?? " She paused, placing her hand over her shoulder gently. "That couldn't be true..I can see how loyal you are to your Queen, and how much you deeply care. What kind of people would they be, to even think of doing such a thing to you? ...No, even if I have to find a way to go with you to your world, I won't let that happen! No matter what has happened, you aren't a bad person. Don't let anyone make you think that. " As Beatrix went on to explain further, Rinoa's mind was far from changed. "..You were set up, that much is clear.Can't Adelbert see that too? If he truly loves you..he would fight to keep you safe. " And it seemed Rinoa's hunch was right, so somehow, this Arch Bishop was at fault for the set up, if she understood correctly. "There must be a way to prove you were set up..But, if you are to return with your Queen, wouldn't she resume the throne? And there for, parton you from anything that was said against you? "

A power to save lives Suki was nodding intently at yuffie as she explained what the mansion was there for and how they did have a place they could stay, with others like them. Meanwhile Lucian's eye caught the lady knight. He examined her to the smallest detail. She seemed well versed with combat, her aura dictated that Atleast she, also smelted of the battlefield and the blood that came with it. They were alike just trained in seperate fashions. A knight such as her probably could of strived well in the harshness of his former world, which the young ninja ended up being up in their conversation. "Our world....collasped." Lucian simply stated. Suki glared at her brother then sighed "yuffie I feel like you need a less vague explanation on what happened, though it is a long story we might as well start with how our world was. To start much like every world, for sure this one Atleast, all worlds are governed by the elements of nature. Ours was governed by six, Fire, Water, earth, wind, light, and darkness. Within our world shrines where built at what we could say is the heart of that element to protect it." Lucian took over from that point in the explaination. "The shrines were built to protect them from monster, vicious beasts that seemed to only wanted to kill all of us humans and well anything else. These beasts were grand in size and most couldn't be hurt by normal means, only those blessed by the land and it's elements could fight them, me and my sister are some of those people. Well were those kind of people." Suki continued on with the story "I was what you could call a shrine maiden, which is more like a last line of defense for the shrine as we are blessed with so much power from the land, my brother is a knight, well he was actually the captain of the knights, truly a master of the elements. Well everything was fine and my brother managed to keep the beasts at bay but they never really die when they are defeated, curiously they returned to the earth, later we learned they were like a cancer to our planet. We were close to figuring out what we could do about them but the light shrine fell to ruin and the balance of our world started to fall. Soon the beasts grew far more monsterous and we soon found out what happened." Lucian clenched his fist then slammed it against on the floor "The dam shrine maiden of darkness Hilda killed the shrine maiden of light Seres and let the monsters defile the shrine causing light to fade from out world, she also led a campaign that eventually destroyed everything we held dear in the Pursuit to destroy the world so it can be reborn anew" The two went silent after that for awhile to let yuffie and any one else who was listening to take in, it was after a tragic tale of the end of a world, basicly if any one of the villains could actually succeed. "I'm Lucian kurvos, and this is my younger sister Suki" Lucian said somberly. Suki looked at yuffie and smiled "although aside from all that Atleast me and my brother are still together and we found this place and we can rebuild our lives.....maybe in a far more peaceful world." Suki's smile was genuine with small jewels of tears forming in her eyes, honestly the thought of a peaceful world made her beyond happy. Lucian shared her feelings but he was still off in his mind, reliving his anger over Hilda. I bend the elements into a blade

Beatrix looked off a bit, "A wicked man was brought back to life in our world. A man the queen and her friends killed sometime ago... I believe him to be the Arch Bishop's new advisor... Of course, I hwas sent here before I could prove it..." She explained letting out a sigh. Rinoa continued on causing Beatrix to smile softly, "Your a good person Rinoa... I can see there's point to argue this with you... I just needed to get it off my chest... It's been a long time since I've been able to trust anyone..." Rapidly regaining her composure she could here some new voice in the other room at the front door and looked back to her dark haired partner, "Let's go see who it is..." she spoke in hopes it might of been some she knew, but alas she grew still upon entering the room and seeing Suki and Lucias talking to Yuffie in the door way. Though the man kept a positive demeanor, Beatrix could smell the scent of blood clinging to him like an aura all warriors could see. This made her wary at first even though he seemed non threatening for the moment as he proceeded to introduce himself as she watched him seem to size her up, which only made her more uncomfortable. In the blink of an eye, her icy gaze returned as she proceeded to stare coldly back not caring whether or not he noticed. Her gaze had that confidence that screamed, "Try anything here and I will kill you." before she finally replied, "I'm Beatrix....", She spoke softly introducing herself before shifting her gaze back to Rinoa. Yuffie's smile soon began to fade away as she listened to the two siblings explain. The moment she heard him say their world collapsed, she already knew there was nothing she was going to hear that would be good or happy. Lately, so many people have been showing up here at the loss of their worlds, other then just simply being taken from theirs and brought here. It seemed the stories she was hearing more often were just so depressing."Gawd..I don't know what is going on with all of this...Are all of the worlds going into a slow destruction? What exactly is causing all these bad things to happen everywhere? I just don't get it. " She said quietly, pausing a moment as they continued to further explain who they were and what they did in their world. "I'm sorry to hear about this..I wish I could do something more, but I hope you both will find it helpful and even comforting to stay here. With those you lost in your world, well, consider everyone else here a new part of your family? You will definitely make new friends here." She knew they couldn't ever replace their friends and family, of course, but it was a start..when they felt comfortable enough.
"When you both are ready, if you head upstairs, you will find lots of rooms down the halls, if the door has no number up, it's free to take. So just pick which ever you want..Feel free to check as many as you want out, they all have different styles, so find one you like best. " Yuffie said with a small smile.
"Is this the same man you believe sent you here? So it sounds like, the chances of him coming here are high too? " Probably not the best thought to have, another dangerous enemy to deal with. "Just..to be safe, can you describe what he looks like? I wouldn't want to wander up to him one day thinking he's just some good person! At least then if I did see him anywhere, I can let you know about it. What is his name? " Probably a good thing to know, too.
"Oh, right.." Rinoa nodded, walking with Beatrix to the hallway which lead to the front door, as to not crowed Yuffie and the two there at the door, Rinoa remained back a few feet, but was just close enough to hear a little of their unfortunate story. This was something everyone here would have to get used to, most people who showed up lately had nothing but sad stories. It really was unfortunate, and it even made her wonder what may be happening in her own world..or her friends that haven't yet arrived here. "Hmm? ..Oh, I'll come along if you don't mind."

     A pair of hands clamped over the young fox-child sitting there at the sofa of the living room, she was awake, yet she seemed a little out of it.Staring off into space, unaware of her surroundings. Maybe that little antidote given to her didn't help as much as they thought it did? It wasn't to smart to believing in anything such a woman claimed something to be. Especially not a mad-scientist like Shina. "Boo, my cute self! " ...The older Hiyori of a even more distant future, said. "Heh, yeah...It's me-you...Miyu? Haha....or should I say..Meow? " She was a little stranger then young Hiyori or anyone else may of remembered of her. "Fox's don't meow, though....So I guess that joke doesn't work! " Stepping around the sofa now, she moved over to stand in front of her, kind of posing to show off her outfit, and looks. "Well? What do you think? How do you like my new look?! I've had a LONG time to think on everything, in case you wondered where I have been all this time.! I decided, I wanted to change. I wanted to become better, and find a way to fix everything I ever messed up then.." Like, Yuffie and Stark's relationship for starters. "I was, how to say....very messed up back then. In the fault of Shina, too..I was not myself then..but I feel no one will believe that story, hmm? I've made such a mess of things because of her. So I left, to well, I can't tell you that. All that matters now is what I want to do now! So, let's get along, Little-Me.." She held out her hand, as if to shake and agree that they too, would star over on their friendship. How strange it was, to be talking to her own self, a much younger version of it....
