I don't know if you remember, but someone noted in the urgent thread that we'd be having better definitions for the Anbu and Oinin, and so on. There'd be much more difficult application methods, but there'd also be rewards and stuff. It's mainly those reward things that needs to be defined... But, I guess you don't really need to worry about that any time soon...
