Shaydas covered his mouth with his cloak to avoid inhaling the dust. "How old is that paperwork?" he coughed through the thick fabric of his dark cloak.

I stand up and back away from the dust cloud. "Oh, three or four months. I really shouldn't have put it off this long."

Shaydas waves some of the dust away from himself and steps back. "Anything I could help with?" he offered politely. He coughed again. "You'd imagine that after living in Orre, I'd be used to the dust," he joked.

"Nothing in particular, but have a look and tell me what level you think those two missions belong in." I point to the mission contest thread paperwork.

"Will do," Shaydas replied. He picked up the paperwork and sat down nearby to look it over.
After a few minutes of reading over the missions, Shaydas jots down a few notes and hands the papers to Thard. "Take a look," he suggested. "I've written the level of the missions and why I think they should be those levels."

I glance over the notes. "Hm, yes. Perhaps. I'll think it over tonight and see about getting them on the official list tomorrow. G'night, Shaydas."

"'Night, Thard," Shaydas replied. The Lucario got up and grabbed a sandwich from the mess hall before returning to the library, dimming the lights as he went.

"These tests will be the death of me." Ginji complained as he studied vigorously for his Magic Theory exam on Monday and his Physics of the Universe one on Tuesday.

Shaydas yawned loudly as he returned to the common room again. "Anybody home?" he called to the empty room.

"Only. One. More." Ginji gasped as he collapsed on the couch and promptly fell asleep, waiting for someone to wake him up.

*Xatu teleports in* "Dreadfully sorry about Thard's absence. I shall fill in for him tonight, and conduct the final edits of various mission-related files with respect to the contest."
...
She checks over the paperwork. "Let's see.... The actual mission list, the Pokemon Finder list, Thard's Prerequisite quick guide... I do believe that's all of them. Seems to be rather dull tonight, so I'd best head back. Oh dear... I've begun talking to myself." *Xatu teleports out*

"I feel like I need a shower and a substantial meal." Ginji sighed heavily as he started to wander to the kitchen like a zombie and fix himself something to eat.

Shaydas ran out of the teleporter, followed closely by a flock of angry Wingull. The Lucario ran frantically down one hallway, then another, dodging absolutely random obstacles. He slid under a badly placed table, then dove over a low wall. The bird Pokémon were relentless, however, and kept on Shaydas' heels the whole time. The Lucario jumped from wall to wall in order to get to the next floor up, which was oddly more like a raised walkway. Shaydas pounded across the raised path and jumped to a hanging light, catching the fixture and jumping to the next section of cross-beams. The lead Wingull screeched angrily and flew faster. Shaydas's natural agility was the only thing between him and the flock of birds. He eventually found himself back in the common room running for the teleporter again. He stopped just short of the device and wheeled around to check the Wingulls' distance. The leader of the flock glared him down and dove right for the Lucario. Shaydas jumped at the last possible second to avoid taking a painful hit from the gulls. The flock flew right into the teleporter, unable to halt their momentum.
The Lucario sighed, breathing heavily and relieved that he was no longer being chased. He looked around the room and asked, "Anybody home?"

Treecko sighed. He was sitting on a rock, on the shore. The sound of crashing waves filled his ears. "Such a peaceful place." He sighed. "When will Rex be back?"
