Have you thought about a drill style move? The user puts chakra into the chakram, throws em, and when they make contact, rather than sticking, they continue to spin, wheeling into the target.

Nah, I've got something planned to use with the chakra strings...
What if, infusing it with chakra and throwing it along the ground, it kicked up a bunch of dust and dirt and the like?

Mmm... I dunno. That probably wouldn't fit in the B rank section. =/
Maybe some of kind of trick shot? Like, learning how to kick the chakram in such a way as to not tear your foot?
