Zero kneels beside her"I know living with a hunter is weird, and I know you don't trust me because I'm a hunter, don't worry I get it a lot, but you have to understand something, I'm not going to kill you or harm you in anyway, I'm not a killing machine, if I was going to harm you or kill you I would've done it when I saw you, but I didn't. I'm a human, I don't kill for fun, I do it to save lifes of people, but I only kill those who kill for fun, yes that means my own kind as well, I'm not even welcome by my own kind, much less the rest of the races"he says softly...Zero stands up walks out to his balcony and looks over the city......

Arthemisa looked down. She felt embarrased for not trusting him. His words calmed her down, she felt better. As Zero stood up and walked to the balcony she followed him.
"Nice view..." she said.

"yes it is, I'll be back"he says softly...Zero jumps off the balcony 5 stories up, landing on the street below, walks over to a man hitting on a child, he grabs the man, then knees him in the stomach hard, then throws him against the wall. Zero walks over handcuffs the man, then hangs him from a street lamp"Go home little buddy"he says softly to the child, the child runs away home. Zero climbs the ladders up to his balcony and stands next to Arthemisa"So what brings you to New York"he asks softly....

Zero couldn't stop surprising her, but again she didn't show it. Arthemisa could seem a little cold and distant, but it was only a defense. She was too soft and fragile behind that mask.

"I see, well stay as long as you'd like, it gets lonely around here"he says kindly....Zero looks up at the night sky....the demonic runes on his body start to glow, Zero walks inside then wraps up his upper body, then puts on his cloak and the hood of the cloak to hide his runes and his fox ears....Zero walks back outside and relaxes....

Arthemisa noticed the runes glowing in Zero's body. She was curious about them and touched one of them.
"What is this?"

Zero looks down"Those are Demonic Runes, they are the mark of Purgatory, I was stuck there after I died, I had to fight my way out to get back here, its hard for me to believe I'm 17 some times....I know what it feels like to be alone, to be tortured, to die, to loose the one you love, I've been through it all, thats why I'm a unique hunter, I do a full check on what I kill, and make sure its the right thing to do, if they deserve it or not, I don't want the innocent to do for no reason.....I'm far from pure or angelic, I'm more demonic and evil than anything in this city, but I'm different from the rest.....I care...."he says softly....Zero walks inside down the hall and lays on his bed......

Arthemisa followed Zero and stood next to his bed looking at him. He had been through so many things she didn't knew what to say, after all, what experience could a vampire like her have?
"Is there anything I can do to make you feel better?" was the only thing she could ask.

Zero smiles at her, stands up, gives her a hug then walks over to his armory, grabs out Saphire pendant and puts it on"I'm fine, just some old memories thats all."he says softly....Zero lies back down on his bed after shutting his armory, gothic bed was very comfortable and big. Zero puts his hood down, his fox ears twitch a little then stop......

"Do you want me to leave you here sleeping?" she asked.
Arthemisa was now feeling more comfortable around Zero. And he was very cute. She blushed as much as a vampire could with that thought.
