Felina laughed a little jumping down the ramp to Oassu "not just the viera, everyone will love this little guy but let me help you" she answered brushing the snow out of Cid's fur and Oassu's hair "I don't know how I know this but I think Hebal wants us to follow her but let me know if you need some warming up"
Hayate chuckled reluctantly getting off the airship and into the snow "Hey slow down Zadina you'll get to see Amane in no time, she's not going anywhere and we have all afternoon and evening" he pointed out letting out a groan as some snow from one of the nearby tree branches dropped onto his head.
Satoshi took a step back allowing some of the others to exit the airship "I don't know about then being at piece but they aren't trying to kill eachother so I am happy enough" she concluded glancing over at the trap door "Hey you two hurry up down there so that we can lock up. I wanna see Hebal's place" she called down to them.

Oassu shivered brushing the last of the snow off his hat "I'm fine thanks but maybe they'll have some nice medicine to help him get better" he said patting Cid on his hat.
Zadina nodded walking back to Alpha "Sure thing Cap'n! I'd best know so that the ship is safe and secure!" he said saluting Alpha.
"Wait a minute" Gil called walking towards them with Barbaros close at his heel "Don't lock us in here" he chuckled leaving with two of his swords in his armoured leg plates as Barbaros left with his cannon over his shoulder.
Itaka nodded jumping up onto Chobi's back happily and cuddling Seph "Your nice and warm up here anyway and I hope she doesn't, this wind is freezing the last thing I need is windchill from her running." he said shivering against Seph's back.
Mari laughed chasing after Hebal and skipping after Hebal "Wheee into the forest we go!" she sung trying to keep up with Hebal but struggling in the snow "You must be so excited to see everyone again!" she called to her.

Hebal nodded coming to a stop amongst the trees waiting for the others to hurry up "Yeah I am super excited, I haven't been home in about 4 or 5 years now" she chirped waving to a couple of viera who were keeping a suspicious watch on the group "What do you think of my home environment anyway?"
Seph glanced over her shoulder at Itaka before steering Chobi into the forest after Hebal "Are you really that cold here? I bet your glad I got you that scarf but I must apologise it probably has a nasty smell of me since I havent washed it recently" she told him looking over at Jenna "Hey do you fancy joining chobi and us for the walk?" she invited her.
Alpha smirked tapping the side of the airship door "If you took too long it would be tempting to just lock you in and go" he teased handing his chain of keys to Zadina. "locking the airship requires a different key than that which starts the engines. You have to use the small round key to lock the airship and theres 2 locks at the top and bottom of the door."

Felina grinned happily rubbing Oassu's shoulders "Ok then just let me know if you get cold and I'll do a little spell for you. I think Cid is just like all of us really, if we push ourselves to hard or use up too much mp we start to get sleepy. Never mind he can only get stronger with age" she giggled lying down in the snow to quickly make a snow angel.
Satoshi glared at Alpha stepping down the ramp "Now we weren't that long so quit being so impatient" she tutted trudging through the snowtowards Hebal "Is it not cold in that armor and isn't the cannon a little bit too much to be carrying around in a harmless little village?" she asked Gil and Barbaros on her way past.
Hayate smirked hanging back to wait for Alpha and Zadina "Just ignore the old man, he's just probably all excited because we are going to a viera village plus he likes Hebal" he teased putting his hand against the side of the airship but immediately removed it wishing he hadn't "Gah I hate cold weather" he complained.

Oassu laughed helping Felina up out of the ground "Thats my Elven angel" he said before diving down beside her to make another one so it seemed the angels were holding hands. He sat up and glanced at the Viera patrol "I'm surprised they aren't investigating, we got hassled the second we set foot in the last Viera forest." he said getting up and plucking Cid out of the snow.
Gil shrugged "It's cold but I've been in worse besides it's just my shinplates so I can carry two swords," he said indicating the two swords hidden in the armour.
Barbaros chuckled "Young lady you never know when a cannon will come in useful it's always best to have your cannon loaded at all times" he said to Satoshi before thinking about it "Well maybe not ALL times but lotsa times to be sure!" he corrected himself.
Zadina frowned noting down the keys and locks that were appropiate "Ok I think I've got it can we go now?" he said before glaring at Hayate "Don't be mean to Cap'n Alpha he can behave himself, which he better do I don't want to be kicked out of such a nice place" he added to Alpha.
Mari giggled "It's nice here, you never usually get snow in my homeland" she said excitedly snowballing Hebal before frowning as she spotted the Viera she mimiced Hebal by waving "Ummm should I use like a cover story or something while I'm here?" she asked Hebal nervously.
Itaka sighed sniffing the scarf "Actually thats quite sexy musk your giving off if this scarf has your scent besides you smell nice normally but I'm fine just wish this jacket fitted me properly" he said brushing some snow off his chest.
Jenna smiled as Boco kwehhed happily before plodding alongside Chobi and talking in their own little chocobo language "Looks like Boco made that decision for me, Chobi really is a lovely golden one, does she fly well?" she asked.

Seph raised her eyebrow at Itaka turning around to brush off some snow that had fallen onto his head "Don't you have a better one somewhere? If not we can always buy one somewhere or get Satoshi to make you one since I doubt the viera need to make warm clothes still it's nice to know you like my smell" she laughed allowing Chobi to move closer to Boco while she let out a loud "kweeh" in response to the other chocobo. "Yeah she flies pretty well I think, fast enough to keep up with the airship. Boco seems like a fine bird and a fast runner. Must have fed him the right food" she answered to Jenna.
Hebal giggled shaking her head at Mari partly to get the snow out of her ears "No no you don't need a cover story unless you want to make one up. Amane has a sense of fun so I bet she would play along with us. Oh and see that archer up there in front of us? That is one of my ex-girlfirends" she whispered pointing up to one of the people watching them.
Alpha smiled and nodded to Zadina "Right lets go and don't worry kid I am not a complete idiot and don't want to cause trouble for Hebal, Oassu or Felina. Just ignore Hayate, he's just grumpy right now because he hates really cold weather" he reassured the boy giving him a thumbs up "Shall we catch up with the others then? Don't want to be left behind"

Felina let out a small "aww" while she rummaged through her things and took out the camera they had obtained the day before "Look what I managed to get hold of and that snow couple is adorable" she speaked taking a picture of it then quickly put the camera away once she noticed the other viera were watching her "Maybe they are less suspicious of us because we are now traveling with a local" she suggested squeezing Oassu's hand.
Satoshi hesitated bending down and lightly tapping the shinplates "Your armor is really cold as expected and the cannon is ok I guess so long as you don't scare all the villagers away" she replied petting Enkidu before standing up again and pushing a low tree branch out of her way "hmm... looks like Jenna is starting to get to know people a little better"
Hayate shrugged walking twice as fast to catch up "Actually my mood is ok today since I had such a good sleep last night but it is true that I don't particulaly like snow because it is cold and wet and sometimes a dodgy yellow colour The locals so far don't seem to fussed with us at least" he added indicating to the viera sitting in the trees above them.

Oassu smiled deciding against waving at the Viera "Maybe still some of them don't look friendly....I hope they aren't mad at Hebal for leaving" he said tensely.
Gil chuckled "Don't worry they are warm enough on the inside" he said turning away as Enkidu tilted his leg to do some business.
Barbaros nodded "Yeah she's a little rough around the edges that one, but she has been a thief all her life it's to be expected she did all the negotiations for the Selphirost clan." he said glancing over to them.
Zadina nodded noting the Viera suddenly hopping in excitement "We'll nearly be at the village and then I can meet Amane and Hebal's mother!" he said hopping about.
Itaka chuckled "Don't have a better one but I'm sure it wouldn't be that hard to get Satoshi to enlarge it I'm sure" he yawned snuggling comfily into Seph "Must be getting closer the Viera are near." he said spotting them in the trees.
Jenna chuckled as Boco headbutted Chobi "Yeah golden chocobo's are really something but Boco here was bred for battle so he has to be stronger and faster than most" she said stroking his neck "And he knows lotsa cool techniques to help in battle" she said patting Boco.
Mari shook her head "I'll be fine then" she said glancing up at the Viera Hebal pointed at "Really and ex-girlfriend? She'd have to be super fun to go out with an awesome girl like you" she laughed poking Hebal.

Hebal hesitated making sure they had passed the viera in question before she replied "Well she was kinda fun at the beginning but then she got all super serious and stopped being so fun. I guess she just didn't like my hyperactive lifestyle she pointed out reaching up to ping Mari's ears but hesitated and instead simply poked her back.
Seph sighed flapping her wings happily while she glanced up at all the viera watching them "Possibly, either that or we just look really suspicious. Your jacket looks a little silly because of the size too but I suppose you could start a trend" she smirked allowing Chobi to headbutt Boco back "Yeah I guessed he knew a few techniques when we were fighting in Yithra. But I just had the thought, do you think these two have met before considering they came from the same stable?"
Alpha grinned looking up at the viera in the trees "I think they are just keeping an eye on us for now. They probably feel safer because it's Hebal who is taking us to the village. But I take it you are looking forward to seeing Amane so that you can have somebody to play with who is your own age" he guessed to Zadina.

Felina frowned glancing around to see which viera Oassu was referring to "I don't know most of them look fairly neutral or nervous about our arrival but as lovely as Hebal is there has to be someone out there who doesn't get along well with her I mean nobody is loved by the whole world" she whispered reassuringly.
Satoshi raised her eyebrow at Barbaros turning away from Enkidu while he did his business "Oh really then what bit does Oassu do in his guild. Also what is your role in Itaka's guild, like a second in command?" she questionned Barbaros allowing her pet snake to slither onto Gil's arm "I guess it's not so bad if they are warm but do you think any of these viera will know who you are?" she grinned to pointing to a viera rubbing her eyes in disbelief at the 6 arms.
Hayate slowly nodded pushing a small bush out of his way "I think it's going to be nice just to see Hebal's family in general and Amane being his age is an added bonus. From what I hear Hebal has already told them pleanty about you two" he smirked patting Alpha on the back.

Oassu smiled "I don't know Hebal is charming in nearly any language I'd say" he said frowning at the Viera "But sure nobody's perfect." he shrugged.
Gil smirked waving to the Viera "Maybe, either their surprised a legendary hero is amongst them, or they're surprised at seeing a man with 6 arms" he chuckled "Hopefully it doesn't creep them out too much" he murmered quietly stroking Terrato as he slunk along his arms.
Barbaros raised an eyebrow surprised at Satoshi "The Selphirost clan? Can't you figure it out yourself? He runs the show but yeah I'm a second in command" he said patting his chest proudly.
Zadina skipped happily "You think? I hope she said nice things about us! And yes I'd like to play with her cause she's my age theres not many kids to play with on the road." he sighed.
Mari frowned sticking her tongue out at Hebal's ex when she wasn't looking "She's silly how could she not like you for that, thats one of your best qualities" she said about to hug Hebal but stopping herself "We'll need to be on guard while we're here..." she grumbled her ears twitching irritated.
Itaka chuckled as Chobi flapped her wings imitating Seph "I ain't no trendsetter besides I'm warmed up now" he said flexing his muscles happily "hopefully we'll get some action in this place but it doesn't look likely" he sighed opening his palm and catching a piece of snow that fell on it.
Jenna laughed "Viera are peaceful Itaka still you could always try and pickpocket them....if you were good at it that is" she smirked "But maybe they do it would be cool, they could be like childhood friends and stuff" she said checking her lance was properly attached to the saddle.

Seph laughed stroking Chobi's neck "She's learning fast how to be just like me" she joked before clearing her throat to create a more serious tone "No pick pocketing Jenna, because it could risk getting Hebal into trouble. The crime rate is probably non-existent since breaking the a law leads to exile. Blegh the more I think about it the more boring this place sounds" she sighed.
Hebal nodded reaching up to scratch her ear "Unless you want to go telling everyone you and me are dating then yes we will have to keep on our guard but cheer up, the village ourskirts is only through that bush there" she giggled pretending she didnt see Mari stick her tongue out before diving through the leaves excitedly
Alpha groaned thinking of all the not so pleasent things Hebal could have said when writing about him "I am sure she has said pleanty of nice things about how cute you are and stuff. Hebal isn't really the type to do lots of nasty gossiping and name calling" he laughed nervously.

Satoshi smirked glancing over at Oassu and Felina "Just because something is named after someone it doesn't mean they are in charge of it. He could have been just a figurehead besides he doesn't exactly look like the sort of person who could run a guild" she whispered as she began to hear the sound of musical instruments being played up ahead "We'll find out eventually but why would 6 arms creep them out? It's not that bad."
Felina grinned pushing her way through the bushes towards the village buildings "Even I am not perfect, I bet theres a fair few people who don't particulaly like me such as Narasaela, Alex and the like" she mumbled briefly glacing at Jenna "I can play that instrument" she giggled picking Cid up for a cuddle while a saxophone played somewhere in the distence.
Hayate chuckled at both Alpha's reaction and Mari sticking her tongue out at one of the viera "Hey relax old fart the only bad thing she could possibly say about you is your a little pervy when it comes to viera" he reassured the demon almost whispering the last part of the sentence. "You haven't got too long to wait since the village is in sight, hopefully for you Amane won't be out in the forest somewhere"

Barbaros nodded "I know, but apparently he's quite a good thief, Jenna was even in the clan longer but meh he does alright" he shrugged smiling as the music appeared.
Gil sighed "It is for a human, only fiends have 6 arms plus I've got gray skin too still it's a gift not a curse" he said tilting his head up hearing the music.
Oassu laughed "I know, bad guys don't count though" he said looking up "A saxaphone? You play that?" he said raising an eyebrow "Must be because your so saxy" he giggled to himself.
Zadina nodded "It'd be good for Hebal too I'm sure she's wanting to see her little daughter too" he said approaching the bush.
Itaka smiled "Yeah thats not a bad thing, she probably just thinks you want her to fly." he said "But these two didn't come from the same stable unfortunately, Boco is just a standard battle chocobo while Chobi here comes from my private chocobo farm" he said.
Jenna sighed "Shame they coulda been childhood sweethearts but yeah I suppose I shouldn't steal then, it'd be too easy to catch me if theres no other crooks but banishment seems harsh" she frowned.
Mari laughed diving through the leaves after Hebal "No I'll be fine single thanks but that makes me wonder where were you after here? I think one of the group mentioned picking you up in a different village why were you there?" she asked pulling a leaf out of her ear.

Seph paused nodding her head to the music while she ordered Chobi to jump over the bushes "It does seem a little harsh, but you got what I was trying to say about how it would be painfully obvious that one of us had been doing it. Good luck finding anything to do, I don't think this place has a hot springs or a theatre or anything" she moaned stroking Itaka's arm. "Now just how many chocobo farms do you own. And I could totally play that piano better" she boasted.
Hebal frowned pulling the leaves out that got stuck in her hair "I own an armor shop in another village but I don't really want to talk about how I ended up there. Anyway welcome to my village and your first main attraction is the village bandstand because everyone loves music" she giggled pointing to the musicians.
Alpha hesitated still unsure about the idea but pulled the bush back for Hayate and Zadina "I still don't know but I guess we will have to see what she thinks or knows. The music is kinda funky at least and it's clear Hebal wants to see Amane again after several years apart... I think she said they haven't seen eachother in 3 years"
