That seems to be Mike's life story a never ending cycle of issues. Ha sounds like my life when i put it that way. Anyways I might just take you up on that offer 3nodding I need more mods. Speaking of which, mods I'm gonna make a thread to discuss an upcomming festival if you don't put input in you will be fired. No I'm not joking, no there are no exceptions. Ally is pissed and fed up. I may end up losing all my mods but whatever maybe new hired ones will give more input when I say stuff instead of ignoring it for the most part. I don't want to have to treat you like children and say "Reply to this so I know you've read it" I want to be able to know you read my important posts for you by having you acknowledge you've read it without me telling/forcing you too. Killa and I are planning a festival. you better help. I want it to be big. I want it to be fun. I want it to be active. I want to bring in lots of outsiders so people join. I may add on to the mod team for that because I'm thinking of making the guild public so people can test the waters before they join. For this to work I need lots of active mods.
Anyone whose interested in becomming mod contact me via pm and write a lengthy paragraph as to why you should become mod. Current mods if you want to make sure you stay mod write me a lengthy paragraph via pm as to why you should stay mod. If you've been busy say why and when you plan to be back in full force. Be honest too.

well thats fairenough. I'm assumining since it was directed to mods it'll be in crew?
The method of finding new mods if needed is correct to.
however, I have to ask that you think long on the guild going public. I think the guild going private so we can still accept people who post, but everyone can see the guild. so they can see if it's proper for them.

Ok so I've done some work in the mod area. Killa and I have done some planning for an event that will not be named in the public forum yet just in the crew forum. When Gaia stops being glitchy for me I'll make the new recruitment thread. Um all mods have to send me those messages (minus the VCs one I just hired and the other kinda made the guild so I can't fire him xd ) That brings me to welcome b1ack_maze as my next sla mod. (joke between Killa and I). So yeah mods go check out the crew forum and please give a warm welcome to b1ack_maze.

I haven't been in this guild long, but I second the idea of turning it into a 'public' guild. I am sure we would get more members that way because then they could get a taste of our forums and see whether or not they were active.

It would make it easier in the searches to find us. Considering the lack of information, dedication, and sheer brilliance mrgreen that is severely lacking in the other supernatural guilds, I concur that it will boost active recruitment quite a bit.

Making the guild public sounds like a great idea to me. There are very few (think only about one or two) other supernatural guilds around so we'd get a lot of new people. And new people mean new posts and debates. biggrin

This is a friendly, but assertive reminder to you newcomers to please read the rules and posting guidelines thoroughly I've gone through and had to move three new threads just today due to newer members posting in the wrong places. If you have a question or concern regarding the rules or guidelines, direct it here in the main chat, or pm a crew member. The crew members are listed under "member list" as "Crew, Vice-Captain, and Captain", and are also listed in the rules/guidelines thread stickied in the general forum. Feel free to contact any one of us if you have a question regarding the guild.
