Shadow dressed himself and left his bedroom. he was still a little sore from earlier but he would survive. He decended the stair and walked into the main hall, he was heading for the dinning room. Once there he sat down and lit a cig, taking a long draw from it.

Shaodw heard a voice comming from behind him. "Who are you and what do you want?" he asked. Shadow really couldn't be bothered with people just now. Shadow never even bothered to sniff the air to find out what species the person was.

Shaodw sniffed the air to try and get an idea on who he was delaing with and how much he shoudl say. After taking a deep breath he managed to figure out that this person was a vampire or the younger generations. 'Another wisoran...' he thought. His tolerance for the younger generation was getting rather small after what had happened yesterday. "Ok but you failed to answer my question. Who are you?" Shadow said, repeating the question.

Looks at him in the eyes. " I am Avarice. and who might you be?" tries to stop looking at him but is trying to read him. *is he dangerous? can i trust him?*

Shadow took a long draw of his cig, letting the smoke out as he spoke. "I am Shadow, head of security of this mansion. This place is a haven for all those of our kind and anyone else who seeks it." he siad in a monotone voice. He couldn't be bothered with new people right now but he had to put up with it. Vickilyn would kill him if he didn't.

Avarice looks hungry and is getting snappy and cranky. " um if its too much to ask..is there anything raw to eat?" Avarice begins to get lightheaded and starts to sway as if to faint. At that moment she falls to the ground.

"You smell like a vampire that is for sure but i don;t know where you are getting the need for raw meat from, I don't really care either. Ask one of the servants to bring you something." he said, his agitation was clear in his voice but he he kept his cool and took another draw from his cig. "You are a vampire by the way, the line of wisoran." Shadow laughed alittle to himself as he said that. Only a true anchient like himself would get that joke but he was the only one there at the time. "We have other vampires here and a few demons. That is all I can really remember. We had a lycan for a while but she disapeared. As i said this place is a safe haven. We have plenty of spare rooms here for you to stay in for how ever long you need to" he said.

upon reaching the dining room Dave noticed Shadow and a new face there
"hi shadow"he said giving a wave"And hello to you new comer, i am dave"he then said introducing himself and giving a slight bow

Gets up and walks to the closest chair. " im asking for raw meet be cause i do not have ablood donator and well... i am not good at the art of the hunt."
*sighs* "well when does Vickilyn get here.?she came to me in a vision."
looks around and sees another man." Hello My Name is Avarice."
