Grinding is a gaming term for playing a lot of hours to reach a goal, usually leveling.
Where at? Katie is at the stadium from Alpha's attack. She's standing over Athan. I just don't know what she can do there, except maybe help people out. *Shrug.*
I'm new and my character is new here, so she really doesn't have much of character development yet. She really needs it though.

@ Rage: Oh, we have a similar law here in CT. Yeah, I don't OWN a cell phone, so I never concerned myself with it sweatdrop
@ Ebag: You can smoke in some casinos, at least the ones here in CT. But the lawmakers are currently working in remedying that. I don't smoke, so I'd rather there BE no smoking! biggrin
@ Pocket: Well, I don't use Vent, so I guess I'm at a disadvantage sweatdrop My sorceress is still like, level 5, so I guess I should solo with her for a bit so I can catch up, eh? But yes, even if not you, if SOMEONE could message me, or heck, just post in this thread, it would be good enough. I still think a seperate thread would work better, but I don't think I'm authorized to make threads in this guild, even moreso than normal members sweatdrop

Technically, the cops and people can't enforce half the laws that are being proposed. No smoking in restaurants basically is a private ownership and property. Thus, it's the same way as if they were to refuse to serve someone.
Because it's a private ownership and all of that they can allow smoking, but most people don't realize that and the big chains will have to listen so the smaller ones are listening too.
It's like there's a few states with a no sodomy law. How the ******** are they going to enforce that? xd
Also, NY has a few laws dealing with government/public building and farting in them after a certain time. xd Or it's against the law to commit suicide and live, but it's not against the law to commit suicide and die.

There's no smoking indoors in California, unless it's a private residence, of course. There are a few other stipulations that I can't remember at the moment. I'm not a smoker, so it doesn't really affect me, but several of my coworkers take smoke breaks outside of their regular ones during the course of their working hours, which really bugs me. [opinion]But... I don't think they should be entitled to standing around just to smoke. I don't take extra ten minute breaks to go outside and breathe.[/opinion] Okay. Gotta get ready to go. Some random blogger for Sony is supposed to be at the store, which is why I'm working on what WAS my day off, which sort of works out anyways because I'll end up having the entire weekend off and with any luck I'll be able to finally move into my apartment. sweatdrop [Edit] Here we go. Sunshine is guaranteed to the masses in California.
