Buddy staggered back, but still endured the hit.
Pazuzu began crying angrily, even though his Flame Body ability had burned Pawniward.
"Good job, guys. Buddy, suck Ralts to the bone! Mega Drain!" he smiled. The Oddish inhaled, and Ralts suddenly found itself much much weaker, while Buddy healed. The sun's rays made the attack stronger and Buddy faster.
"Pazuzu, channel your rage! Flamethrower!" Nick ordered. "Mag... BYYY!" Pazuzu cried in anger, firing a powerful stream of fire at the Pawniward.

Pawniard lay unconscious on the ground after the Flamethrower attack. Shaydas recalled it. "Come on, Ralts!" he called. "Confusion on Oddish! Take it down!"
Ralts again unleashed its power on the Oddish, knocking it out from the attack. The only thing now was to put off the inevitable for as long as possible, which would not be long at this rate.

"Hmm." Nick sighed, recalling Buddy. "Your Ralts is cute. I'm sorry I have to do this. But at least I'll give her a fair battle." he smiled, not calling out any more Pokemon. "Pazuzu! It's up to you!" The Pokemon looked up at Nick, still very upset. "Go easy on her. Ember!" he bit his lip. The weak puff of fire was enough to knock out Shayda's Ralts.
"Magby!" Pazuzu cheered, spitting fire everywhere. "Good battle." he smiled, walking over to Shaydas.

"Likewise," Shaydas replied, extending a hand to Nick. "I didn't know you were so good at this. Good match." He laughed. "Guess I'm gonna have to find a Pokémon Center now, huh?"

Shaking his hand, Nick laughed. "No need. I'm a Medic." he grinned confidently. "But we should get back to HQ. It's a lot more... Clean there." Nick pointed at the teleporter.

"That's true," Shaydas chuckled. He followed Nick through the teleporter to HQ.

Walking into the Medical Bay of the HQ, Nick called out all his injured Pokemon before placing Pazuzu in the the Box and bringing out Sweetie the Happiny.
"Alright, please place your injure Pokemon on the beds!" Nick pointed at the four beds in the room, calling out Sweetie. "Hello there!" he smiled at her. "Hap!" she cried angrily, slapping Nick again. "... Still jealous?"

"Your Happiny knows how to hold a grudge. Sure that's not one of its moves?" Shaydas laughed as he put his KO'd Pokémon on the beds.

"Hmph. I don't get what she's so jealous about..." Nick sighed, starting with Mudkip. He patched up his wounds with some ice, cooling it down from the Solarbeam. Sweetie refused to look at Nick, using Heal Bell on it without much enthusiasm.

"Heh heh... Somebody's got a jealousy problem," Shaydas said jokingly. He watched Nick and Happiny go about their work and couldn't help but comment on how professional they were. "You'd make a really good healer at the Pokémon League, Nick," he pointed out.

Luna enters HQ followed by Budew, both are extremely groggy and one of Luna's arms is extremely red from a sunburn. "Oh... Ouch...." She whines, holding it up tenderly to examine it. "I wonder... What happened last night...?" He asks herself, looking over to see her other pokemon asleep in the corner. "Ohhhh... Why does this hurt so much...?" She continues speculating, never before experiencing a sunburn.

Nick suddenly heard Luna's voice. He was caught in a trance, feeling nervous again. Sweetie glared at him and then walked away, over to Luna. "Happ!" it cried angrily. She leaped and smacked Luna on her sunburned arm before promptly walking away.

"UWAAH!!" Luna cries as the Happiny slaps her arm, a bright red mark is left as he holds up the arm to inspect the damage. Her scream wakes up the rest of the team, Tauros notices Luna's been hurt and is quick to blame the Happiny whom is stalking away. "TAAOOORPH!" He charges.
"Tauros stop!!" Luna yells, but he doesn't listen, "Budew, Sleep Powder!" Budew shoots a concentrated dose of powder almost directly into the face of Tauros. He slows to a stop and falls over, asleep, albeit unwillingly.

Hearing a scream of pain, Nick left Shaydas. "L-Luna?" he asked nervously. He spotted Sweetie walking away calmly from a sleeping Tauros and the sunburned girl standing a few feet back. "..." he remained quiet.

Shaydas heard a scream shortly after Happiny left the room which made him jump. He thought for a second, putting together the clues and reaching the conclusion that Luna just got slapped by Happiny. He stood up and left the medical wing to find out what was going on. When he saw the scene, he couldn't help almost laughing. "Looks like Happiny used Grudge and Wake-Up Slap," he choked, holding back laughter as best he could.
