Heck, D&D is just massive, but to me, there's just too many rules to follow, and too much stuff to keep track of. I'd rather have the books for ideas, but i'm more lenient than the real big time people.
Though perhaps you could start a D&D thing for people who are interested here. I mean a small side RP thingy.
eh.
I just can't make a good RP that lasts outside the guild. I try to have creative backstories and unique characters, but they all flop.

If its relatively new, then there's somewhat larger chance that less people have read it, naturally.
However, one cannot form his own opinions strictly on other's words. If its an older book, we may even have the spoiler summaries for them (like the NJO).
But a good choice would be to ask FP32 himself. Out of all of us, he's most likely to have read a book.

xardias I am a really big fan of the EU but i heard mixed reactions for the new book: Dark Lord Rise Of Darth Vader if anybody has read it or part of it should i buy the book? I haven't, at least not yet. From what I've heard, it was alright. Personally, I'm not a Luceno fan, although The Unifying Force was a really good book. I'm planning on maybe getting it from the library though. So, I really couldn't tell ya, but it would be smart to ask the guys in the Literature forum at Theforce.net

Whelp, as much as I would like to stick around and uselessly try to prevent my redshirts from getting killed off, I've got to run to catch a D&D game. I'll be signing off in a couple minutes, probably be back in a couple hours.
-Laters.
