The mission description: remind other villages that Mist is bloody and baaaaaadasssss I dunno if Luo will let us do a mission like that quite yet.

You're a genin. Even with the turtle shell, they'll rip you to shreds if we go to war. Besides, Yamatano isn't quite ready for me to have a serious fight yet.

Meh, I'll get torn to shreds by someone stronger. But its not like I'll go charging in after jounin or something. As long as some stronger Mist nin got my back, I can take down a genin or two, I'm sure. So if you can handle the chuunin and sj, I'll take the genin. You're chuunin right?. Fight me. If I prove a beast combat rper, that should silence all qualms about me warring, right?

No way. Besides, fighting would be an offense on the part of sunagakure, something I'm sure they want to avoid.
