For melee Amazons, there's two paths I recommend: Either focus on the spear skill path, or go for the passive tree alone (what I generally do)
Focus a LOT on critical strike, and you turn the Amazon into the female barbarian :3 Then a lot in Dodge, Evade, and Avoid. Also, with this path, you can use any weapon you want, rather than being limited to spears only.
Put 2 pts Str, 2 pts Stam, 1 pt Dex, and put a few skill points into Penetrate when you get it, and you're good, and don't need any mana! ^w^

I put a couple points in the bow skill, wish I hadn't. I planned on just going spear when I level up a bit.

For Fish, I recommend putting a lot of points into Zeal for your left click, and probably shoot for Fanaticism like Ziggy said. Since Zeal is a level 12 skill, you can get it pretty high by the time you need to go for Fanaticism, a level 30 skill. Most of your skill points should go for prerequisits, and maybe Prayer as a healing aura or Thorns as an offensive aura until you reach 12.
