Sryne Thanks for trying Ananda, I don't think this one's gonna get off my mind though. heart I won't know about basic until I talk to the liason and sign my contract. You can make it up to her take her for a big night on the town complete with a limo, dinner, dancing, you know real romantic like. wink

I don't know when I'll talk to the liason again. I would have gotten everything done when I went last Thursday, but I was stupid and said yes to the inhaler, so I had to get the results and note from the doctor.
I was having it mailed, but it hadn't gotten here yet so my recruiter took me anyways. Well, I've got the letter and results now so I just need to give it to my recruiter so he can fax it to the doctor at MEPS and then we'll schedule another time for me to go. I'll hopefully take care of all that tomorrow afternoon and have the return MEPS visit before the weeks end.
I know you guys are here for me, and I really appreciate it; I just don't think there's anything anyone can do to help me on this one. It meant so much and I screwed up so bad. I can't take her out, she lives 250 miles away from me. It takes me no less than four hours to drive there and I can't afford a limo and dinner and dancing. I can barely afford to drive to her most of the time. I can't ever make up for this night, but I can definately work to never let anything like this happen again. I don't deserve her, and she deserves so much better than me. All I do is screw up and cause problems and messes that I can't clean up.

No, it's no big deal to me. I'm not even walking.
Everyone goes through high school. It's nothing special in my mind and doesn't need to be celebrated. I'm not saying others shouldn't have fun and celebrate, but it's not for me.
