so erherm......reclaimers genin in iwa needs the first set of kenkomishi jutsu....how would i get them to him in the RP because im like totally confused on that front. also with the whole inactiveness thing would carlos or whoever runs iwa let me create another character for the genin tot rain with sweatdrop
