Shaydas nodded. "'Night," he said to Thard. He decided to check out the Colosseum. He followed the signs to the large room where a few nightowls were holding battles. He contented himself by watching the battles play out...

Shaydas drifted off to sleep in the Colosseum's stands, and slept rather soundly, considering the chairs were made of metal. He was awakened by somebody yelling, "Go! Pokéball!" He opened his eyes blearily and felt a sharp pain as something solid hit his head, waking him up. The Pokéball dropped to the ground as the hybrid stood up. He picked up the sphere and examined it closely. "Hey!" Shaydas shouted. The one who threw the Ball stood gawking at the one before him, wondering why the Ball wouldn't work. Shaydas hurled the Pokéball back at him like a major league pitcher, hitting the grunt right in the forehead, knocking him on his back. The grunt got back up and fled, muttering something about the HQ going mad.

Shaydas shook his head. "I really shouldn't sleep somewhere with this much traffic," he groaned, rubbing the spot where the ball hit his head. "You'd imagine people would have more sense than to expect a wild Pokémon randomly snoozing in the Colosseum. Oh, well. I guess it was just a reflex." He looked at his reflection on the reflective case of his P*DA. He was almost entirely a Lucario and there was nothing he could do to change that fact. He'd gotten used to it, but occasionally, he would wonder what he had looked like before Cipher got a hold of him. He could never remember and sometimes spent hours dwelling on it, usually on long journeys between regions. It kept his mind busy, but served no purpose. He stowed the P*DA in his bag and returned to the main room. He found a chair and sat down, waiting for somebody to come by...

Shaydas watched Rex walk in. "Well," he muttered to himself, "I guess that's about all I'm going to see for a while." With that, he got up and walked up to Rex. "This seat taken?" he asked in a friendly tone.

Arekku ran through HQ toward the teleporter, he ran through the main room where the other two were sitting. He spoke quickly, "Training. Unova. Now!" With that he started up the teleporter, pulled down his pair of goggles and jumped through. A bit of sand could be seen drifting through the device as he dove in.

Rex turned off the tv. "C'mon, um Shaydas!" He jumped through the portal. Aipom motioned for Shaydas to follow and then ran through the portal.

"Aipom?" Aipom played in the shifting sand. "Ai! Aipom!" She threw sand in the air as if she was in a pool or a sea of Rare Candies.
"She's hallucinating....poor baby." Rex put her back in the Poke Ball.

"Ok then!" Rex laughed. He headed in the direction of the scream.

"Alright! From the looks of it it's just a bunch of Darumaka, Sandile and Scraggy! Defeat two to five and catch one if you like!" He called to his teammates as they reached the scene. The little pokemon were attacking quite heavily.
