Well, it's a day bed. I really need a new one (it's old, cheap, and made of metal pipes, so it could pretty much colapse at any moment), but I can't think of a good excuse for my mom to buy me a bigger one without it sounding bad.
While that's one of the reasons I'm sleeping on the couch, it's not THE reason. I was really angry at him all day yesterday, but he either was too thick to realize it or is hoping the problem will go away if he pretends i'm not angry at him, so I don't want to give him the satisfaction of sharing a bed with me. Unfortunately he went to bed before I did (and drooled on my pillow... eew...)
Things are just not working out between us, but the feeling is one sided. He's a good guy, but not a dream boyfriend.
I'm wishing right now that he didn't buy me this iPod he just gave me a couple days ago. He had it engraved so I can't just give it back. It feels like I've just accepted a dowry or something...

Yeah. One thing he really needs to learn as my boyfriend is that I'm a farking geologist and I've gotta get out in the woods and hike. Yesterday we went hiking with my family, and since I was so pissed off at him I was doing it at a jog to lose them amongst the rocks and get a chance at some peace and quiet to calm down in (the Niagara glen is my home turf, no one would worry about me getting lost here). Here I am, a frail 108 pound anemic girl on my period who's spent most of the summer sitting at a computer, and HE was the one complaining about being exausted to the point of needing to lie down and drink several bottles of gatorade.
I guess I'd better wake him up now, he's slept through three alarms.

Speaking of boyfriends, my cousin broke up with her's. But they're still friends and he hangs out at their house. 3nodding sweatdrop My cousin's just...going through a hard time in her life right now.
