The corner of Khalid's lips turned up slightly, the closest thing he had gotten to a smile in a while. "Threatening me like that won't do any good either. Why should I help you?" He used Vadin's words from earlier. "It isn't my problem." He shielded his mind in case Kira decided to use the Millennium Eye against him.
