Dani pulled her broomstick into a tight lag-roll, perfectly imitating a maneuver birds did without a second thought, to start her own pursuit of the Snitch, hoping against hope she could get a second chance to pull out a win for her team, as they were already down two goals, and Gryffindor's Chasers had yet to put a Quaffle through Hufflepuff's goals.

  Location: Quidditch Pitch - Hufflepuff vs. Gryffindor She was almost there... Alice pushed a little closer so that she could reach her hand out to grab the ball. Taking a breath, she kept her eyes locked on the golden snitch. Leaning forward, Alice tried to grab the ball for her team. Hopefully she could have a little luck. It was likely the snap barrel roll which saved Dani from the Bludger shot at her by Jasper. The sixteen year old fought through the maneuver as she sought to get another shot at the Snitch. As she did this, she saw Alice was taking her shots at the prize.

While Iris managed a steal, she couldn't keep Joel from taking the quaffle right back. Iris had no intention of letting Joel keep the ball though. She held back for a moment to let Cathy try her luck, then darted in immediately behind her girlfriend to try another steal.

Danica was catching up and she wasn't someone to take lightly. At least Alice knew that, the girl may not have played any real games but she had been practicing.
