I wanted a sibling. Then I got one and it was fail. So it pisses me off because the universe revolves around me, and how dare they make light of me having a rubbish sibling.
^_^ Aha, I haven't read fic for them in ages, and I'm scared I might start again now.
You terrible person! Animosity-based ships are in no way appealing, should not make you yell "JUST KISS HIM" and are not the hottest thing since toasted sliced bread.
(Going to hell for lying? As if)
I started getting into other anime when I was crazy about YGO. I think the ship has sailed on that one. It might not have, but I'm weird and don't like things I don't already like, so finding new fandoms is a nightmare.
Srsly, they are pretty. And his rubbish haircut reassures us that they're not just contacts. =D
I'm never going to read it as not being "limpotent" now.
Naming stuff is a bad idea for me. Don't want to get attached, it'll be too upsetting when I lose it. Though computers are better. ^^

I never ever wanted a sibling, haha. Granted I was 2 years and 4 months old when I got one, so it's not like I was much in a state to have made any opinion regarding that anyhow. However even at the age of 2, I was NOT pleased. I'm still a rather jealous thing, and he was adorable and beloved. How was I to understand when I was 7 that he wasn't in trouble because he was good and I was in trouble because I was bad? It was unfair and cruel favoritism and that's that. I don't want an only child, but I definitely would prefer a sibling that could be useful to me, this one is not that. Not really, other than maybe having a few cool friends that I've been able to steal over the years ^_^.
Read...READ...You know you want to!!!
Hahahahaha...hmm...spoken like someone who TOTALLY despises animosity based relationships ^_~.
Yea, I'm always looking for something new myself. Although I don't always get into fandoms. Either I just like the series canon, and that's that, when I'm done I'm done. Or the fandom is just scary, like Twilight. I won't lie, I like those books. They are cheesy ridiculous crap, and they make me oh so warm and fuzzy. I laugh and laugh and laugh some more. I mean sure, don't read the books, that's cool. But how can someone tell me I shouldn't read them, they are the best bits of comedy around! From the writing, to the storyline to the characters. It's an endless parade of fuzzy laughs. Umm...back on topic, I have had a hard time getting into different anime lately. I've mostly been delving into manga when I've wanted something else, and sometimes the manga will make me want to see the anime.
Exactly, and that haircut is rubbish. It could easily be fixed too, just a little tweaking razz .
Yay limpotent! Hehehehe, you could name your computer limpotent! Hehehe, j/k j/k...maybe...*more shifty eyes*.
So if you ever find yourself straddled with a kid, will you refuse to name it, just in case you lose it? razz . It's pretty hard to lose a computer, though doable I suppose. And regardless of if my computer had a name, I'm pretty sure I'd be VERY upset if I lost it. That pretty much goes for anything I've lost. When my first open hole flute was stolen I was devastated, still enraged to date, and it didn't have a name. And I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be any less irked about the fact that Raider (my bike) was stolen, had he just been my no-name method of transport to and from the campus. I tend to just easily attach to things though, they are mine.
Apparently that brother who irked me, when I was a toddler, I strangled him (just a lil bit) once while saying he was mine and refusing to let go.

My sister maintained a few friendships for me that I neglected in my childhood, and then took back when I could be bothered, but I never befriended any friends that were originally hers. -Sadface-
BUT...BUT... Aww hell, what's the point in protesting? -Opens ff.net-
I don't like animosity based relationships at all. I fail to see how the need a character may have to see the object of their hatred suffer can translate into not only kinky situations, but fascinating and twisted and oh so unbelievably hot relationship dynamics when that need grows too strong and consumes them. No, not at all, it just seems silly.
I once found the Twilight antifandom really trainwrecky and fun, but now I think it's silly. I personally just found the book dull, but if people like it, I'm really past caring. =p
So, do you dislike it and read it for lulz, or do you like it but as a guilty pleasure? I don't want to go on about guilty pleasures (I think the Mr Blobby song is superfun) if you don't actually see it that way. >=[
I don't get why someone would wear such a fantastic coat and yet care so little about their hair.
No. =P
Nah, it'd go in a cupboard until it's 18.
Well, that's understandable, it doesn't really require explanation. =P
Strangling siblings is what they're there for. ^_^

Yea, my brother never befriend friends that were mine either. I guess if I wanted guy friends it was just easier taking the ones already around my house whom I already knew and liked then finding my own > biggrin .
Haha, I've had ff.net on a tab next to me the entire time ^_^...long pauses = the discovery of a good fic.
It really is rather silly...*daydreams*
The antifandom is almost more annoying than the fandom, pretty much anyone who has an opinion on Twilight and feels a need to express it I avoid, hahaha. It's most definitely a guilty pleasure. I originally read it because there wasn't so much hype yet (there weren't movies, the series was still in progress) because I'm into fantasy, and it was recommended to me as fantasy. Well, I do not like it as a fantasy genre, but I did find a niche in which I like it. In a creepy twisted screwed up way it perfectly highlights the adolescent female fantasy, it does. Any girl who says she wouldn't like to be young and beautiful and rich forever is a LIAR! To be strong and talented, and have a lover who is strong and talented, and just have EVERYTHING. It's like the worst message ever to send to women, it's what we all kind of want. It's the balance between daydream damsel fantasy and powerful self-reliance. It's the things you are NEVER supposed to want because they are backwards and WRONG. And thus, it is my guilty pleasure, because that tossed in with these amazing minor characters makes it oh so squishy for me ^_^. Let it be said though, I hate Bella, and Edward is the creepiest pansy in any century! Still though, wouldn't change a sparkly thing razz .
Ah, teenage boys, they don't realize that their hair is awful until WAY later. The real reason Kaiba needed a girlfriend, to point out he had bad hair. It'll happen eventually though, I'm sure of it.
A cupboard under the stairs? *sniffs for a reference* wink
Exactly, if I wasn't meant to strangle them, I shouldn't be the oldest.

Holy flippin crackerjacks people, you really went off on conversations while I was gone for a bit, eh? Um, wow, been too busy lately, and it's really gonna take me some time to respond to so many posts, so please forgive me if I don't get to some other threads right away. >_o Not gonna respond to a whole lot here, but here's at least a few: Yes, my laptop is named Kisara, because it is blue and silver. ^^ I hate blue, so I had to make the color worth it somehow. Host Club is awesome. There are way too many anime I love, so I can't say it's one of my favorites, but it's definitely out there. If we're recommending series that have better anime than manga, then look up Pretear. Only thirteen episodes, but soooo good. And it's all on Youtube. Been in love with that series since around junior high. Never wanted siblings, but I was born with five to begin with so... love four of them, and none of those four was the one I was forced to grow up with. I've named my laptop, video game systems, phone, flash drives, portable hard drive, and iPod. I should probably get to naming my digital camera too. =D

Hahahaha...umm yea we kinda did huh? xd Eh you didn't miss much, crazy ramblings, hehe.
Hooray for hating blue! Ah yes, I remember that reason now.
What's Pretear about?
Ah family rolleyes . My HS band clique, we said we were family, and we kind of liked the slogan "Friends, God's way of making up for family" - in spite of the fact that if any of us were devout enough to care we had quite the discord in beliefs and who He was amongst us. Predominantly they probably would have been Catholic (only one was really faithful though). Had a smattering of Atheists, Agnostics, the confused, haha. Oh and a Christian Scientist - not to be confused with all the celebs and their Scientology craze (so my CS friend heavily lectures, though she's not really all that devout herself).
My Playstation, I keep not naming my Playstation. I just decided to name my new bike Twister. He never got a name. Maybe I'll name my PS2 Dib - not committing to that yet though.
Anyhow glad you'll be slow on catching up Kits, because I need to get out of my robe, into pants, and get to the dentist stat...darn distracting Gaia!!!

Pretear seems like a typical magical girl anime at first glance, but it's waaaay better than a lot of them. Like I love Sailor Moon and Cardcaptor Sakura, but they don't hold anything to Pretear. Anyway, it's about a girl named Himeno who finds out she is the Pretear. The world is made up of a life force called Leafe, and it is the job of the Leafe Knights (there are seven of them, because Pretear is very roughly a 'new' Snow White, though pretty much only with the one girl, seven helpers, 'evil' stepmother and 'evil' stepsisters, plus a wicked queen who is not the same person as the stepmother, but anyway the seven knights each have a power they control: Wind, Sound, Plant, Ice, Water, Light, and Fire) to protect the Leafe and keep things in balance on earth. The Pretear is a girl who is able to fuse with the Leafe Knights to become a magical girl, but it's kind of erotic, because whichever knight she fuses with, they do a naked little swirly magical girl dance thing together, then press their bodies together and she 'takes' the knight into her body, absorbing their souls and their abilities. The knight acts as her sword and shield while they are fused, and the Pretear acts as a catalyst to increase the abilities of the knight tenfold. Here's the transformation with the Sound Knight, because he's my favorite: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g-1wXqb9pMkSo anyway, Himeno is the daughter of a washed-up novelist who has married into the most wealthy family of her town; her dad and her stepmother fell in love, so they moved into a huge mansion, and she now has two stepsisters as well. Everyone thinks she and her father are commoners who don't belong there, or married into the family for the money, so when she's feeling useless and depressed and such, suddenly she finds out she's the Pretear. Something is creating monsters to drain the Leafe from everything, so she needs to protect it with the knights. A pretty stereotypical plot, but it gets way deeper as the series progresses. What I love is that there are hardly any bad characters (even the heroin isn't your typical magical girl; she's fun and spunky, yet can get depressed, is a black belt, so there's actually a reason she can fight, yet is kind of a dork at the same time. She actually really reminds me of Jounouchi, so it's really nice not having an annoying Mary Sue main character), it deals with a lot of deeper themes besides just the plot and stealing Leafe, like depression and what happens to a family when a loved one dies, and how people just want to be loved, yet never seem to get it, plus all the knights are really awesome, and the music is really, really good. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zz_Nq12SAeUEr, so yeah, sorry, kind of went on and on there... >_>;; Ahem. Haha, I like that quote; it seems to make sense for me. XD;; I like Dib for the Playstation. =D

Mkay, I'll try to give it a chance. On just premises there it doesn't sound like something I'd like. I never managed to get into Sailor Moon or any of that (I also don't like Snow White), but we'll see. Perhaps there are details beyond the mainplot line I'd like, and again as I'm always more "character based" than "plot based," there's no telling what kind of random things I'll end up liking if I manage to attach to some of the characters.
However I'm waiting to see if my laptop wants to die on me too *cries*. It's really bothering me, however I don't want to take it in because Fry's (where it's still under warranty and thus where I'd take it because that's where the repairs would be free) takes FRIGGIN FOREVER!!! I think there is something wrong with the fan, I think that is the real reason it keeps freezing, but I'm not sure. I don't want to assemble it to get at the fan. I wouldn't do anything, I know I don't know how, but at least if I could look at it I could tell if there is anything visibly wrong with/stuck in it. Whatever to that, the point being I don't want to start up any video series online quite yet, because if I end up computerless I won't be able to get online enough for the hours that would need. Have to conserve any computer access time I can steal on my dad or brother's machines (since that idiot didn't want to take his computer to college, he just took a flash drive - HE'S SO WEIRD!!!) for Facebook and Xanga and this... smile
Dib it is then! razz

JK: Cheeky. =0
I've only recently got back into fanfiction. Kind of regretting it, s**t's addictive.
Enemy ships are silly and childish, exactly.
When I was a girl, my fantasy was to be a supervillain. It still is. But a hot evil boyfriend wouldn't have gone amiss, I'll admit. And when he betrayed me, I'd kill his backside and maybe even the rest of him too, instead of turning to the good side like they always seem to do.
I bet Seto thinks his hair is awesome.
Nope, no reference, I'm afraid. =[
Yepyep. ^^
Kitsune: We're sorry. =[
How can you hate blue?
JK: I'm wounded. She missed plenty. >=[

It really is, I guess that's why my computer has decided to have spazzes of death on me, so I don't have the time for fanfiction crying .
You can't even consider he wouldn't betray you? He might not, maybe?
Haha, well if he didn't I'm sure he'd change it, however girls have this awesome talent for making guys realize how very wrong they are. Especially those girls that said guys want to sleep with. Unfortunately for Seto, he might very well be asexual, so he'll never have the motivation to fix it. Alas, the tragedy.
Haha, I was kidding and poking at the fact that that is suspiciously Harry Potter esque - locking the child in the cupboard under the stairs.
Don't lie Morgey, we are not!
Ok fine, she did....but not much that she'd understand, we wouldn't want to confuse Kits now. (uh-oh, now I'm lying again, hehe, j/k Kits!!!)
It's just so...blue. Like my mood...which is bad!! Ugh my laptop is dying, no!!! The only upside, even though it keeps crashing and shutting down like every hour, at least this whole entry that I just put SO much effort into was still here when I got back. Thank you Firefox and your awesome memory/restore functions!!! I dunno, I just don't like blue or yellow (my college colors unfortunately, granted pretty much every UC (University of California, as opposed to CSUs - California State Universities, UC is a higher ranked system in CA) has the same colors, so it's not like a diff college would have helped, as I would have stayed in the UC system regardless. I like to wear blue, such as blue jeans. It's just not an aesthetically pleasing color for myself personally.

@JK: Trust me, Pretear isn't anything like Snow White in style. Like I watched the entire series and didn't realize it was a 'Snow White' anime until finding out online. It just has little nods at the story is all. And the plot often takes a back seat compared to the characterization and encompassing themes. Dude, even if it takes a while, you should still take it to Fry's before your warranty expires. D: That would just suck if it did and you lost your laptop so early. Yay!
@Morgey: I hate blue because it was a color that I never really cared for to begin with, but then it is just *everywhere!* Like you look up at the sky, blue all around (especially in Arizona), look at any bodies of water, blue, look at clothes, most people are mostly wearing blue, look at almost any operating system, and there's a blue theme going on, look dreamily into Kaiba's eyes, blue. Even Gaia is themed with blue now. I miss the pink! I wouldn't mind it so much if I didn't have to see it so much. And some shades of blue are actually nice-looking, but I still really don't like most shades.
@JK: kaiba is so not asexual hes gay 4 jou!!!1 >=( Aww, confused Kitsune is confused. D: Have you done virus and malware scans? Defragged? Pet your computer and tell him you love him?

Oh no worries about it expiring, I have a 5 year warranty, which means I still have 2 more years of coverage. I should have just gotten a 3 year warranty, I'm planning on replacing it this summer anyhow. Oh well, I'll get this fixed and I'll just give it to my brother I guess, he won't take his desktop up to school, but maybe he'd take this.
My dad has this view on blue that it's just not natural. Foods are not naturally blue, the color of the sky is based on perception and reflection and other -tion words. Fabrics are dyed blue, they aren't naturally blue. He won't even eat blue M&Ms, so I think in part I absorbed that - though I'll totally eat any color M&M. Unlike Skittles, they all taste the same, and I'm not about to be ridiculous. However his M&M deal is that, because it's the most unnatural color, it has the most additives. I guess I also find it boring, probably because it is like Kits says everywhere. And not just naturally, like plants or something that I could just absorb into the background, but that's probably because it does come in so many many shades. Anyhow, there are blues I find pretty, and things that I appreciate being blue - like eyes. But even then, I like darker blues. Light blue eyes have a tendency to look cloudy, especially as you age.
Unrelated my problem with yellow is that it is too bright, uncomfortably so.
Haha, well I certainly would like him to be gay, but I think Kaiba's the only man alive who could possibly pull of gay and asexual all at once. I'm just saying he could do it, not that I'd want him to be.
Yay confusion! *sings the doom song* (makes everything better ^_^)
I have, my computer keeps saying it does not need to defrag, I'm not sure if I should just do it anyhow. I'm actually probably going to concede and take it in this weekend, we'll see.

Oh wow, that's a long warranty. o.o Oh wow, that's an interesting way of looking at it. XD But then again, there are still blue flowers, blue birds, etc. and you could also argue that everything is seen through perception and reflection, not just the blue sky. I mean color really is just light bouncing off things in different ways. But either way, blue does seem less natural in terms of food. And I hate bright blues the most. Light ones aren't bad as long as they're not too bright; like a cloudy blue-gray isn't horrible, but a bright sky blue... ugh. Yeah, yellow is too bright. S'why I don't care for yellow, but love gold. Like gold (or golden yellow I should say) is pretty much just a more orangy, less bright yellow, and it is soooo much prettier. Like what my avatar's wearing and holding right now. I agree with you on Kaiba's amazing abilities. XD The Doom Song *does* make everything better, doesn't it? *dreamy sigh* Good luck!

There aren't many naturally blue flowers, most are purple or where genetically bred to be blue. True, you do at least get a better color representation amongst fauna than flora. Blue was evolutionary advantageous for animals, not so much for plants. Usually the purpose of color patterns in plants is to attract insects and birds to spread pollen, there aren't really any shades of blue that do that well.
I'd take bright over light actually, but again, dark and bright. Light and bright again gets even more washed out, or is just overwhelming in excess. I do tend to get fascinated with the sky though, it's just such a contrast to the natural world down here.
I'm more of a silver than a gold fan, but I will say gold beats out yellow.
He is amazing...^_^...look at my horse my horse is amazing...OH NO, STUCK IN MY HEAD AGAIN!!! Look at my blue eyes, my blue eyes amazing, give it a lick, mmm it tastes just like money... razz

Haha, see? Even birds and insects don't like blue. XD Darker colors do tend to be better in the end. I used to prefer silver, but ever since I got into YUU*GI*OU (read: Jounouchi) and the color orange, I've slowly been becoming more and more fond of gold. Now I'm not sure which I prefer, but I love both. *won't ask about the horse and eyes thing* *b***h slaps Kaiba* Oh wait, that was the real Kaiba, not your computer... o.o
