She shakes Kurama's hand, noticing a rose in his hair, but not mentioning anything.
"It's nice to meet you, also. By any chance, how many of you live here? Because if there's not enough room, I'll leave."

She then remembered how Yusuke said that Kurama was a fox demon.

She stared at him for a long time, deciding on which to trust him or not.
Finally she said
"Okay, but maybe I don't need a hat. Thank you ^.^"
Then she looked at Kurama.
"Oh, okay I understand. Well," She points a finger towards Yusuke "If it's a problem, I'll find room. Thank you for your support guys ^.^"

Almost forgetting about the mission entirely and the fox demon's problem, Yusuke had a few words to say to Napolde.
"Um...since Genkai looks kinda...erm...busy over there. Did you need to talk about something?"

Oh yes, I forgot! It's a long story though, so if you still have the time sit down with me.
She takes a small candle out of her bag that she shoplifted earlier. She knew it was wrong, and she promised herself she'll pay the manager back. She lit it with a simple match, and sat down next to it.
" When I was around eight, I was kidnapped by a rich family. They lived on an island in the Pacific, so I had no way out. I was their house slave for four years. It was the worst thing I had to live through. But behind their backs, I practiced on my ice-forming, not really focusing on my healing. That was, and still, a problem that I looked over. Finally, when I was twelve, I escaped in the middle of the night, breaking the lock with the expansion of ice. I ran to the north shore, knowing that there were fishing boats about a mile from the island. I swam for what seemed like hours, and a kind fisherman picked me up and boated me to Japan. And...here I am, three years late, not having the slightest of money to start school.

((Ah Fire's gonna be so surprised to see how many posts we made. xD))
Yusuke wasn't really paying too much attention to the story *leave all the understanding issues and empathy to Kurama*...but now that he thought about it, Napolde was pretty exotic looking. Like a Pacific Islander indeed. But more importantly, she had no school to go to...which meant...
"School? You're actually thinkin about school?! You're so lucky you don't have to go to school right now! :he was suddenly reminded of Keiko: Agh, but if it means THAT much to you...I guess you can come to Sarayaski Junior High w/ me... *Wait, Yusuke's a senior at the end of the series so I'll switch to just regular High*
Deep down Yusuke hoped she would say yes...totally forgetting about financial issues. Finally, someone who WOULDN'T b***h about anything he had to say.

She watched silently at the burning candle, trying to remember her family. All she remembered is that the tatoo under her right eye was also on her grandma and her great-great grandma. She remembered her mother telling her she was very special.
She tried to hold back her tears.
