He went over to his closet to dig out a hoodie for himself. He didn't have anything small for Kaleb so he just tossed another hoodie at him. "here ... s'cold out there"

Kaleb pulled on the hoodie, although it looked more like an unusually shaped blanket by the time he had crawled into it. He had to push back the hood that had flopped over his eyes, but only after flailing around with the sleeves that were a couple inches too long for even his fingers to poke out.

He snickered at Kaleb's fighting with the hoodie. "Yer way too small for my stuff." He straightened his own and walked over to his partner. "So ... gonna lean on me so ya can walk or is it gonna take another half hour?"

"Your stuff is way too big," Kaleb rephrased, giving up on trying to get his hands out of the long, floppy sleeves. He fidgeted a bit. "I-if I let you carry me, you're not going to throw me over your shoulder, are you?"

"That must mean you're too big," the little mage said as he wrapped one arm around Riley's neck so he would be easier to carry. "Thanks, I-I appreciate it."

"Yeah." Kaleb even laughed a bit at that. "And it's a good thing I've never had to wear any of his clothing, I might have gotten lost in it."

"Ya would have ... hold on." He had to set Kaleb down to open the door. The balcony wasn't all that big but it was there and it was outside. "Chairs aren't all that comfy, sorry"

Kaleb didn't mind being set on his feet for the moment, and he made an attempt to get to a chair on his own since it was technically only a few steps away. The balcony itself was cold on his feet, but once he was seated he was able to tuck everything down to his toes into the large sweater without any difficulties. "It's okay, I don't mind," he said with a smile, it was comfortable enough for him.

He flopped down in another chair after he'd looked over the railing to look down at the street. "Need ta get new ones ... or better cushions"

Kaleb took a deep breath, it was really nice to be outside. After a few minutes of fresh air he wouldn't be nearly so restless once Riley took him back inside. "These ones would probably be really nice with more padding," he said, letting his tail flop out from under the sweater to wag a bit.

"I could probably make them waterproof for you," Kaleb offered. He hadn't come up with a spell that would make chair cushions waterproof yet, but he knew some shield spells that would make a good starting point.
