Kayako walked over to him with her arms crossed, glaring at him suspiciously. Sure, she wanted to yell at someone, but she wasn't stupid. She watched for his staff, or a gun. No one was to be trusted anymore, not anyone here. They were all on her list.....except maybe Rain. And who knows how long that would even last the way things were going.
"Your up to something, I can feel it. I don't know what, or how you plan on doing it. The point is....you won't get away with it. I'm not falling for anyone's games anymore."
Maybe the only time anyone had heard the purple-haired girl sound so serious. That was the last phase, right before she killed someone. Her mind went in stages. If someone didn't turn back after that, it was like getting an execution notice handed to them.

So I will hook up the program into rains LFO if you want so if you two do go crazy you doing kill anyone important to the both of you. the place I belw up was a facilitly that had information on the inverse drive, after seeing gray go crazy just now I know it's all real." If kayako destroyed the disc he would have to make anyother it is no big deal either way.

Truth be told, it haunted her every time she stopped to think. How many were dead now because of her...? Thirty...fifty? Too many to count. And still Kayako kept right on going, never knowing why she did things like that when she knew she was killing real human beings.
"Give it to Rain if you want.....I don't want anything from anyone right now." she turned her back on him now, looking back at Senturi.
"Medri, you don't get it. I told Xellien the same thing right before he stuck a needle in my neck.....I don't need the Inverse drive. I've always....been a monster. He didn't make me start butchering people. He just gave me a different way to do it."
She just walked away from him then. She hated talking like this....it made more bad memories surface. But it was the truth. In fact, the inverse drive, if anything, was stopping her from killing. It made her aware of what she was doing because she knew what it was for, so she would make herself stop. Before, it would've taken hours for her to calm down enough after a fight to think clearly about the acts she was committing.
Sickening irony.....wasn't it?

And all that this one can really say about Rain's current activities was that she was still lying on her LFO, gazing at the stars. Feeling rather bored and... stuff. Not much going through her head. She had listened to Kayako and Medri's conversation. Rain realized, although she was aware of it already, that Kayako had been through some worse things than her. All the little red-head wanted to do was help her and all that kind of stuff.

Kayako walked away quickly, before the hacker could say anything to stop her. She didn't want to stay and risk someone saying something rational...that would be another mark in her armor that she couldn't erase. Instead, she ran over and scrambled inside Senturi, quickly closing the hatch and huddling under her old red blanket in a way of hiding from everyone. She had her system off, so they couldn't see her....she just wanted to be alone.
Of course, when she wanted to be alone, what she really wanted down even further than that was actually for someone to reassure her that she WASN'T alone....somebody she actually could trust and open up to. Unfortunatly, there was no such person within reach of her right now, so she told herself.

How can you murder without a second though...?
Maybe I really am a monster.....'

((AUGH!! That's what Rain can do for her if she would JUST LET HER!!! scream *sigh* Fine, I go take matters into own hands. stare ))
Rain had sat up when she heard some foot steps. Upon doing so, she discovered Kayako rushing to her LFO and close herself in. She moved forward to go talk to her, but quickly halted. What if she didn't want to speak? Rain pondered this for a moment. Oh, well, she decided. I'll never know until I try.
She climbed down from her LFO and walked over to Senturi. She called out to Kayako. "Hey, you want to talk?" she asked.

Kayako hooked open the hatch, but didn't come out. She just hid in the cockpit, not wanting to move anymore today, or possible ever if she could.
"What's there to talk about...? There's a madman after us, I'm a murderer and Gray's a killing machine."
She put the blanket over her head and curled up into a ball in her seat, facing the back. She was just feeling sort of.....withdrawn right now. And for some reason, she wanted the 'killing machine' to wake up.

That was probably what Rain wanted to get at; Kayako's view of herself. She began to climb up to the cockpit, then sat down right beside it. Rain sighed before speaking, her legs drawn up to her body and held there by her arms.
"Remember what I said earlier?" she asked. "How you can always talk to me when you need to? I just want to remind you that you still can, whenever you want."
((Yeah? You want him to wake up? Good luck. And if he did, he'd just keep himself inside his cockpit. razz ))

Kayako was sitting now, though she still had the blanket over herself so she could hide. Maybe that was a little part of her complex too-she wanted to hide all her little insecurities from view.

"I'm not that good at talking, either," she said, trying to show her that she's not the only one who has problems like that. "Didn't you see when I tried to calm down Gray? I kept repeating myself, and I was bad at explaining things."
Rain sighed and looked up at the stars. "I don't think it really matters if you can't find the right words. It just helps to get it out. That's something I wish I could have done back... there."

Kayako poked her face out of the blanket, but kept it around her shoulders. She had a reason, it was getting late and the nights in this region were cold. Of course cold never bothered her, but no one knew that.....and she felt better keeping it that way.

Medri didn't say anything, he was bad at counseling people any way. So he just headed back to jenny, well Asuka had yet to leave the LFO. "Hey Asuka you ok in there?"

Asuka sighed and climbed out; no sense staying in there all day. Besides, half the 'crew' was depressed, why not join the mopes?

She looked away, almost ashamed that she still reverted to those old habits. But who could blame her....she spent most of what she knew to be her life trying to make herself worth something to him. Old habits die hard...

"Ya, I know. But she scares me... she reminds me of me about 2 years ago." He shacked his head and went over sitting beside Asuka. " You know I use to be great pilot, but now I can't bring myself to really pilot and LFO. I get flashbacks and freeze up, hell two years ago I bet i could have given kayako a run for her money but now I can't mentally fight to save my life." In truth he could barely even move and LFO much anymore. just enough to get around and stay alive in the air.
((BTW this is true, the last E7 RP i was in medri was just like kayako with hacking skills... lol then something happened))

She figured he wouldn't answer, but it never hurt to ask..Well, maybe it did, which is why Asuka was so cautious when she talked to any of these people.
