10 of them for 100 points, 30 attacks, and they get 3 wounds each. Cheaper than Guardsmen. And yeah, you could hide behind the squishy dreadnought. Or just put enough targets out they have to choose, or use the prince as a decoy, and put down a Greater Demon... *cough*

Nurglings are incredibly useful as a meatshield, it's the whole purpose behind them. I don't really think you can get much of a fast moving retinue out of Nurgle... basically the only tactic you have with Nurgle is keep moving forward while blasting the crap out of the opponent. Slaanesh is probably the most mobile of the four.

I agree with the dude who posted above. Nurgle is a slow moving army, like Tzeentch. It makes no difference whether he has wing or not for being shot at.

Tsukasa the tormented death to the foul hereitics they will die at the emporers might boot We sure didnt kick the emperors a**, and barely lose. Had the forces of Chaos stay and fight rather than retreat at the loss of our mighty Leader, (as the space marines would have done had they lost the Emperor, we loved Horus, I have the Horus plushy...) he fell back, knowing the Imperium would begin to crumble through time, while we bided are time for our own attack. We also won the Eye of Terror campaign (even if it is somewhat rigged...). Personaly, I am not a big fan of Abaddon, in fact, I wouldnt mind stringing him up for a pinyata(sp). So no loss there, I dont even technically follow any of the four gods, but a Demon Entity of a share fair of power. The more followers, the more powerful he is. I have taken a total of four other commanders, 3 of which converted from marines. All show bow down, before the might, of The Emperors Deck! Emperors Deck (ME! Below are my Generals, and armies) Death Dealers (Spades) Blood Dealers (Hearts) Torment Dealers (Clubs) Pain Dealers (Diamonds) I am actually trying for something better than Torment Dealers, and if you can think of something cool, please tell me. My army, Emperors Deck, has one squad of each of these, or a mix of them, and my squads are Gold, Black, Red, and the base color is White. Weird for chaos. And of course, my Chosen, are the Jokers, and will have Joker hats, and nice Joker Faces on them all. Lord man, will be the King, and I am converting a Sister of Battle lord chick, as my Lieutenant, as my Queen. I also have a special character, but only my friends let me use him... Mahazael, and the god we follow is Amaimon, those who see him, which is usually an outline of him, all black save his blue glowing eyes, his massive sword and shield, are marked with the Black Mark of Amaimon. He at pne point possesed a man, on an Imperial World, and placed a child in a woman. The child was Mahazael, and was to be left there until the time was right. Things didnt go as planned (as expected...) and the Great Chaos Lord of the Emperors Deck led an army against, not only the Orks invading, but the Imperial Defenders aswell (played this battle out, was a lot of fun.) After beating both back, they took the woman, and child, and returned to the world they settled near the Warp. Trained in the many arts of war by the greatest in the Legion, when Mahazael came of age, he sacrificed his mother to his demon father, and bathed his armor and himself in her blood. He stood, and from the blood, which there was more than normal... drew a Demonic axe of great power. It was a gift from his father, and so was the additional tentacle coming from his left side. His armor was now blessed, and protected him from most harm. He was told, to find his artifacts brother, and uniting them would give him great power. He led a force out and attacked the world he was drawn to, which he did battle with Grey Knights and Space Marines (not a well known Chapter) and claimed his weapon from the dead hands of an Inquisitor, who claimed his weapon for his own selfish use. (Did this battle aswell, also a lot of fun.) Now wielding the weapons of his father, when brought into contact, release his fathers breath from the very Warp itself. Mahazael now leads his second fathers troops to battle, crushing all who oppose him. He has no loyalties to Abaddon, but still obeys the wishes of the Four Pantheons when it is required. ((My Chaos Space Marine Army rocks...))
