Two blocks away, Link was still in the process of counting his money. "9,000.....9,050.....9,100....."
He paused. Something was amiss. He could sense it in the Force.
Then a massive explosion erupted from the hangar bay behind him, sending his cloak whipping about him and making him clutch the paper bills lest they blow away.
Link narrowed his eyes and pocketed his cash for later. "Only on Ord Mantell." He muttered as he placed a hand on his sword hilt and spun on his heel.
This conflict needed to be ended before the entire spaceport went up in smoke. Link bolted for the scene, hoping he got there before another explosion errupted.

Johnny Malone " You watch out for this man, he is very dangerous. He will most kujekt return to this bakery and when he does you contact me, here is the frequency for my comlink. You will be compensated for the trouble, but for your own sake don't do anything rash such as telling the authorities about him. He has killed before and will not hesitate to kill again if he senses something is wrong, and I don't want any innocents harmed," Iust said as he reached into his pack to grab a piece of paper with the comlinks frequency on it. As he does so his cloak sweeps back and reveals a holstered DC-15S blaster and a class A thermal Detonator on his belt. He places the number down on the counter and turns around and leaves the establishment and heads east. Was I right to trust her? I sensed no deception in her words, but still something doesn't sit right with me about her. After Kier Derith is judged I will find out about this woman. Iust thinks to himself as he sets out to find the murderer. (( "kujekt"? )) As the man clad in the armor of a Storm Commando left the establishment, the shop owner appeared, a kindly, grandfatherly-like older man of roughly sixty standard years. "It seems that there has been much excitement today," the old man commented. Iria held up the paper with the black-clad man's comm frequency. "Yes," she said. "I don't know if you remember the strange man from before, but it seems he's looking for him," The bakery owner copied the frequency. "Mighty strange outfit for a lawman," he commented, as Iria briefly explained the killer. "Yes, it is," Iria agreed. And, in the armor of a Storm Commando, no less. Is he a rogue? "Given the excitement of the day, it's probably best to close up shop," the bakery proprietor said. Normally, the bakery would operate a couple more hours yet, and Iria insisted on finishing up. "We must think of your customers," she stated. "They would be disappointed if we closed early,"
A couple uneventful hours later, Iria returned to the small cottage she lived in. Beneath the bed that she slept on, Iria retrieved the footlocker that housed her armor, as well as the weapon of an Imperial Knight. Donning her armor, she slinked out into the night. Now, to really get to work!

((normally I'd object to the double autohit, but this could be interesting by the way))
As Varl was shot down, Ashe retaliated by first pulling out her charric and putting two shots into the female saurian. Meanwhile, Vaan clambered into Ashe's clawcraft, since his own was blown through the wall.
Opening an open frequency to the Kar Asp, he addressed the saurian. "Why the hostility? I was going to help you, but now you've commited a crime against the Chiss Ascendancy."

Link slid around a corner to find a chaotic mess.
Charric rounds and high powered energy beams have blown away and scarred a good section of the Hangar. The wreck of a chiss clawcraft smoldered in the Ord Mantell air as an alien starfighter hovered menacingly on it's repulsors and another chiss craft began warming up. From his position he could see a gun battle between a Chiss soldier and the Reptiloid he saw before.
This was going to escalate quickly. Something had to be done.
"First the fighters must be dealt with." He muttered. A quick glance around the hangar found the facility's tractor beam controls, Designed for guiding ships in and holding ships down that tried to skip town without paying their parking fee.
Through the force he pulled the lever, activating the tractor field, pinning the fighters to the landing field.
Next he drew his attention to the two alien soldiers and with a force empowered voice shouted to them. "Cease Fire!"

The end result of Emperor Fel's "Project Sapphire Valkyrie" strode into the twilight streets of Chandrilla, in search of a familiar face. Of course, said face was one that she'd just as soon not see again.
And then, a child's scream pierced the evening twilight. She frantically snatched up her comm, to contact the black armored man from earlier. "It's me, Iria, from the bakery," she stated, looking about to ascertain the direction of the child's scream. "The alley between Siegfried's Sea Food, and Billy's Bait Shop," she said, noting that she was in the fishing district.
As if on instinct, she grasped her lightsaber, addressing the ratty man she'd encountered earlier. "I am Magical Page Iria Brunhildt! In memory of Emperor Fel, I will right wrongs, and triumph over evil - and that means you!"
She shrugged as the glowing bluish violet blade came to life. Did "mother" say such things in battle? she wondered, brandishing not her IK issue weapon, but the one said to have been used by her host.
(( She's baaaaaaaack! Sort of, at least in terms of one's clone. ))

The Kar Asp starfighter hit the ground with a sickening crunch, though the crunch was more from the collapse of ferrocrete beneath it then from the ship's own hull breaking.
Calra's personal armor was smoking from where two charric rounds had hit, but she was still on her feet. Both the Chiss and Calra glanced back toward the hanger's door where a robed figure stood, responding to the voice.
Revak didn't hear the voice because of the roar of the engines and how the cockpit was sealed, but there was a voice in the cockpit... a chiss one.
"Why the hostility? I was going to help you, but now you've commited a crime against the Chiss Ascendancy."
Revak snarled, "Since when do the chiss leave their territory with anything but malevolent intentions!"
((No the Sith is still alive, she's just a repeating annoyance to my Rapora, this is the second time they've encountered her))

A little girl of no more than 7 was holding a lightsaber. A practice droid was firing harmless blaster shots at her. The girl was able to deflect a couple straight back at the droid, and avoid the rest but 1. " Very good. " came the voice of a Jedi Master. " You're a Feron, that's for sure. " The girl just looked at the Jedi, disappointed. After a brief pause, she finally said something. " Again. " The Jedi was confused. " Again. I'm not stopping until I get this perfect. " The Jedi smiled at her. " Such zealous passion for honing ones skills in a mere child... " His smile turned into a frown. " ... But having such a passion leads to the Dark Side. That's enough, child. You'll get to try again soon enough. " A few years passed. The girl was now in her early teens. She was outside with her master, training in the Force. The girl misjudged her own power, and sent the rock she practicing moving into the nearby cliffside. The Jedi Master was quick enough to dodge that, but was unaware of the rocks above. Shaken from their places, several large rocks came falling down. The both of them noticed the falling stones all too late, and just as they attempted to do anything, the Jedi Master was crushed by the falling rocks. The girl could only stare in shock, never having seen someone die with her own eyes. It would be some time before she got over what happened, but when taken to her room, the Jedi watching over her to comfort her heard her say something quietly to herself. " I made a mistake... and it cost my master his life... " In her mind, she swore to become perfect in her skills, so that she would never make such a mistake ever again.
For a few moments, a waterfall was flowing upwards, before it slowed down and stopped, then came back down again. As the water fell, it split paths. Not a drop touched the woman sitting directly below. Angel let go of her focus, and the water stopped going off to the sides, drenching her as it came down over her. A few seconds later, she started to float above the ground a little, using the Force to do so. She opened her eyes, staring through a cascading curtain of water, staring at an old marker of some kind on the ground straight across from her. " It's been a while, but I've returned. Even your death has not hindered your padawan's teachings, and now that I rival even the best of the Masters, I hope to make you proud. " she said, a couple of tears being disguised by the falling water.

Iust swore under his breath as he approached the alley where Kier Derith was holding a child hostage. Now that there were innocents involved things were going to get messy, and he didn't like messy. Upon arrival at the scene Iust was surprised to see an Imperial Knight standing there holding a lightsaber. Upon hearing the knights voice he recognized the girl from bakery, Iria. He drew both blasters and pointed them at Derith.
"Nobody move, Derith you let the girl go, lady I don't know why you are here but leave Derith to me" He commanded.
Pointing his blaster at the frightened girl's head Derith responded "So Graka sent you to deal with me, Why he would hire some overzealous nut job is beyond me, but if you make one more move Iust, or you lady, this little girl gets it."
"You won't shoot her Derith and you know it, because the minute you do your as good as dead. She's the only thing standing between you and me and the minute she dies you die. So let the girl go and maybe we can work something out," Iust responded.
"You won't fool me bounty hunter, I've heard about you. Word on the street is that you never let a bounty escape alive, always going for the kill. The girl is coming with me and if either of you two try following us her life will be forfeit." Derith replied as he started to back away with his whimpering captive. This just keeps getting worse and worse, Iust thought as all he could do was watch Derith attempt to leave with his captive. He had to think of something quick or lose Derith, and the girl.

The service concluded, with Kalnar and Gunther lighting their sabers in salute, the aqua of Kalnar's, and Gunther's bright sun-like yellow.
(( Finally, a yellow lightsaber in the RPs! ^_~ ))
Freya bowed sadly, as her father's casket was released and launched into Bespin's cloudscape, her eyes following it's descent until it was swallowed by the cloudy depths.

"Since when do you know anything about the Chiss?" Vaan demanded as his clwacraft's ion engine strained, struggling to fight the tractor beamds. "What are, you?"
Meanwhile, Ashe and the female saurian were both standing across from each other, Ashe with her charric drawn, looking over Varl's mangled body. He was still alive, but in bad shape. This had happened once before, and the last time it was a mess. But that was what came from Varl's recent hostility towards Vaan and his policy. Normally, he'd be on the Stormhawk as interim commander, but Vaan didn't trust him anymore. So Seifer was left onboard the ship. Vaan didn't want anymore trouble then he already had.
The robed figure shouted something about cease fire, and instinctivly, both Ashe and the alien both aimed their weapons at him.

Getting the attention of both gunfighters, Link's sword almost materialized in his hand and he leveled it at the two. "Stop this stupidity right now! Get on your comns and tell your pilots to shut off their ships and come out here! This spaceport is not a playground for militant fools!" He shouted to them.

Revak snarled, "Don't get me started, we might be hidden in the corner of the galaxy but that doesn't mean we haven't heard stories... blood thirsty chiss vengeance squads! Sure you may have a don't hit them first honor rule but you've always been damn bloody minded once your archaic sense of honor was satisified. How many Vagaari civilians did you kill? How about the Killiks?"
Suddenly Revak's comm squaked, "Damn it Revak! Stop Rakata baiting that chiss and get down here!"
With another snarl Revak spun in his chair and saw Calra standing, her legs quivering nervously with a metal sword blade beneath her chin. The one thing Raporan designers had never considered when designing the armor, vibro swords!
He slumped in the seat, defeated as he powered down the ship's repulsor. He couldn't risk Calra's life.

As he saw the casket fall, a solitary tear ran its way down Gorwooken's furry face. As he wiped it away, a few quiet words could be heard.
