Uhh.......the announcements every 25th i think of the month under forums. Youll see it right there when you click forums. Sealed letters are special items givin to the people who donate to Gaia. You can also buy them in the marketplace at Isle De Gambino. You can open the item and use it on the 25th. 3nodding
