Eric felt his resonance rise inside of him. Their powers met like two live wires and the air around them began to hum and glow with a bluish light. He ran full speed straight towards the dummies, holding the blunt end of the chain scythe. Right as he reached them he dropped to one knee and slid past them, whirling the chain scythe around in a full circle above his head. He stood up and turned around. The two dummies closest to him had been chopped in half. Two more appeared.

He quickly switched to grabbing the handle of the sharp end and jumped high into the air, propelled by his resonance force. He follow the path of the dummy and landed just behind it, stabbing backwards with the scythe. It put a clear hole straight through the middle of the dummy.

The resonance force between them began to rise as he felt her presence. He wrapped half the chain around his arm and let the other half hang loose, swinging it around for a mid-ranged attack that cut the dummies off at the head. He allowed his resonance to rise a little more, then suddenly stopped, not allowing it to rise any further.

Eric grinned as he looked down at her. "Yeah-re," He said. "And that's the one I'm least familiar with. Is this your first time being used as a weapon?"

Susuka really wanted to ask Ryuuji this,"Ryuuji, do you want to be my partner? It looks like Eric couldn't wait for your answer and took up another partner...."she said as she turned her head to look at Eric. Her hand was still over Ryuuji's wound healing the damage he took

Ryuuji blinked and smiled. He put his hand over the one that Susuka had over his wound. Yes Susuka. he said happily.

Ryuuji nodded. Alright, lets do it! he said and high fived Susuka, thinking that was why she had her hand raised.

Marcus sighed as he walked out, looking around. "Well we know you can use all my skills, but the resonance thing may take a while. Let's not push it too much alright?" He spoke as he turned into his weapon form and molded to her arm perfectly, the measurements that he had taken the day before helping to make him fit snug but comfortably.

Marcus smirked as he nodded slightly. "If we can get the basics down without wearing ourselves out like yesterday, then we will be making progress. Just remember don't force all your energy into the attack, we have to try and combine our energies so that their more potent." He explained, hoping that she wouldn't use more of her energy like she had last time.
