Though she would vanish from where ....his fangs would have torn her apart. Letting them clash together ...harmlessly as she would appear at his side. She had been hurt, but she wasn't done yet. She no longer had her most powerful friend, but that didn't mean she was weak herself as she sent out a Dark Pulse. The move meant to catch the Steelix on the side as it threaten to rip him apart from the inside out.
The darkness cloak, was something she couldn't control ...but she could make the weight of darkness so pressing that the heart would pulse with it's beat. And she would drown him in the darkness.

One would be made to wonder then, was the weight of the dark greater then that of Genn's cold hard steel? The Steelix didn't particularly seem to think so. Acting on a snap decision, the Pokemon would twist about, lunging forward as his breath once more turned to an icy mist, preserving and re-hardening the icicles upon his teeth.
It was a risky endeavour, but with such a weak attack how could he resist? He'd counter with Ice Fang, ending this here and now!

The attack would hit, but it would find it couldn't get through that steel hide. The pokemon would actually laugh lightly as he looks over at his opponent ...there was nothing that they could do at this point to bring this battle to an end. And at the rate things were going ...this battle was going to end in his favor ....as he smirks lightly and ....charges forward again to try and tackle again.
There was no way for them to be able to win this match.

((That is exhaustion at work there.
4 - 2 + 15 - 18 = -1 //Because his defense is 18 if you look above. And if you countered ...it doesn't get x2. It's if I counter-attack and fail that it becomes x2)

The ghost pokemon didn't stand a chance as she become incase in ice. Hitting the ground....she would shatter ....though the pokemon wasn't going ..none she hadn't been sent away as nothing more than bad air. Instead, her figure remained in each shard of glass.
She hadn't forgotten nor forgiven what had been done to her. As she glares dangerously at her opponent .....from the inside of each piece of ice.
He had won this time, but next time ...next time ...she would be the winner.

Of course the child had no intention of providing the ghost with a second chance, as he promptly recalled Genn, and stepped upon a few shards of the icy glass on his way out. No, he had absolutely no intention of ever returning to this cavern...though perhaps there would be some spent outside of it. He still had a strong feeling it would be an ideal place to train...at least for one of his Pokemon.
Of course first he'd have to actually get outside.
Leaning forward slightly to increase his momentum, Raven would march straight for the exit...or entrance...whichever one wanted to brand the blasted thing.

She was near the exit as it appeared there ... a male this time. The Stunfisk unlike the others wasn't so willing to let Ada pass as it flops over to exit of the places. Eyes that were the color of coal would lock on her ....as he flick sand over his back and flopped up and down.
There was anger there as he waited for them to come after him, or he would be coming after them..

That fast pace charge would get him out of the cavern before he could be confronted by another pokemon. Standing in the sunshine in what might have seen like ages ...he would once more be standing in the tree filled place ....as the leaves were rustled by the wind.
Western Iron Island
If one travels from one side of the island to the other ....they would find the true face of the island. Where the wilderness and the pokemon had managed to drive away all human interferences ....pokemon here live and fight. The area actually overground in trees instead of the barren hills and rocks that people before now have seen.

Erion would stop when he saw it, "> I got this one, string bean <" he said, picking his trainer off of his back as he yawned. Piece of cake, right? Ada put her hand on his back, "wait, no, wait. I'm not starting with you off the bat" how was she to make anyone else stronger if all she fought with was him? Now, while this would be a huge loss of advantage, what she had in mind would still give her some sort of upper hand.
The only one of her team that hadn't seen a battle today, why not debut her now then? Ada reached up for the luxury ball atop her hat, the only one of its kind she had, pressing the gold center. A dark purple light with black whisps mixed in would shoot out, taking the form of a Zangoose. She stared into those coal eyes with her own single blood red one, and her fangs were bared now. She flicked her red ear, the shorter of the two, as she stood on all fours now, a battle pose. She meant business and more, and her bushy white tail would flick back and forth idly.
"Specter, Ice Punch"
No sooner were the words uttered did she act, the air around her paw turning cold as ice began to form. Her fur begame jagged, sharp and pointed, and her claws got a new, sharper edge. If they weren't deadly enough before, then there's no doubt they were now. She drew her paw back, rushing at the Stunfisk as fast as she could. As always, she aimed to win, and no Stunfisk would get in her way!
        Pokemon: Zangoose [F] Name & Level: Specter, Lv4 [Temperament] Lonely Bio: Met on an island, Carmine had originally killed this Zangoose after beating her father. Ada had felt so guilty after that, that when given the opportunity to take any Pokemon she had found there home with her as a copy, she had chosen to take Specter, it was as close as reviving her as she could get. ((Since I countered with Lick the last move this must be your counter now. Hey when does that over counter come into play anyways?))
The Aron was countering now as it seemed. Since he would recieve no harm, should he fail this attack, Bane lashed his tounge your again as he stayed in place. The target was counter attack towards them now as they counteredat so why jump to action. If their attack hit he'd be sure to slam the little iron ignot into the ground in revenge for Charlie. Yes, the Aron awakened the bane of several islands. The terror of steel types everywhere. Despite being born abroad, he was born to conquer this island.

Hair tousled by the wind, Raven lifted a single hand to shield his eyes from the sun high overhead. He could have sworn it was just after dusk when he'd entered....just how long had he been down in the dark abyss?
Emerging from the cavern like the hero of some obscure legend, the child's cloak fluttered in the breeze, his boots producing a heavy crunch with every step. Covered in a faint covering of dirt, the boy would need to bath and wash his clothes to have any hope of removing any of it.
One hand would remain upon the hilt of his sword as always, his eyes slowly trailing from the left to the right in survey of the surroundings. He had accomplished the task he'd set out upon for the smith....but that didn't mean he was done here. There was no doubt he was finished with that cavern...but there remained another matter entirely he must attend to in this place. One he would accomplish before returning to town...[EDIT:...ah biscuits...1 over.]

A small bluish colored pokemon would drop from the trees ...hanging on what many could see as a thin string it went up and down and up and down. Even as it said these words that Raven couldn't understand.
((Which way ...do you go? Which way do you please? Why do you travel these woods ...when your presences is something that is hated?))
The Pineco asked even as it bounced up and down and up and down again. It's eyes were on him as he waited for an answer. If he answered correctly he would let him pass, but if it was wrong ...well ...the truth could hurt. But, a lie wasn't much better ...so it was up to Raven to decide on the best course ....that if he even bother to answer the pineco at all.

The Aron would be hit, but it wasn't abel to get though his defensive yet again. Even as the pokemon counter-attacked ...it just seemed that his hits with this tongue wasn't good enough. The boy's wish to preserve the item that Aron was holding wasn't working for but against ...that moment as the Aron would rush forward again with his attack. Another tackle ...he would continue on and on ...until this pokemon fell, because he might be bane of a thousand islands. But this was the one island that it he wasn't about to become the bane of ......as the Aron smiled.
It was a knowing smile of pure destruction as he used ,,,,tackle again. This time, he was going to put the Heatmor down.

Though while that was the plan .....he wasn't willing to take that Zangoose's hit willingly. He would flick his fins a bit as he shovel dirt up in front of him ...huge clods of it as he went for the defense of ....you can't hit what you can't see. It should have been the mother of all defenses, but then again ..the Zangoose was a already punching and he hadn't bothered to move an inch. Simply throwing up dirt in his own defense, which ...might not be enough to get away from such a blow as the icy one that came towards him.
