Severin Novaire "Literature is complex and one really has to think to understand it."________________________If Severin could frown even more, he would have since Hana just came barging in and started interrogating him. He couldn't help but sigh. "It's nothing. I just got into a fight with a friend is all." Severin said. "And I was about to go get ice for it, but I'm pretty sure that fussing over me is not the reason you came here for. Just... never mind about the eye. Anyways, what do you want?"
He just wanted to get to the point so he could get back to work. Really, she was just too overly friendly with people and he was determined not to be dragged away from his work this time.

Her job! Dur! Okay, Hana was coming back to the point. She coughed and straightened up her stance and tried to appear confident and then she felt like maybe she was overdoing it so she slouched again and then she just gave up on posture all together! Hana went over to Severin's desk and pulled out her wallet and put money on his desk. "I owe you that, you know. It's for the fireworks. I had a good time and thanks for buying all those fireworks. Sorry it took so long for me to hand it to you, but I finally remembered to come back and pay you for your kindness." Hana explained.

Severin Novaire "Literature is complex and one really has to think to understand it."________________________Severin stared at the money for a moment, unsure what to make of the situation until she explained why she was giving him money. "Oh... thanks, Hana. But you don't really have to pay me for the fireworks. I...I didn't particularly mind at all." Severin said as he pushed the money towards her. He just didn't feel it right to take money from a girl who was just a college student. After all, college students were pretty poor. "It was my treat."
Severin had to really think about this. He wasn't sure if he really needed Hana's help and he worried that she would be more obstruction to his work than help. But someone had to teach her how to be a teacher. She needed to learn from someone. Although Severin was certain that he wasn't the best example, the fact that she came running to him probably meant he was all she had to turn to because Severin was probably one of the worst examples ever. He was just the "give assignment and let class loose" teacher and no one really remembered those kinds of teachers.
"...Alright. Okay. Fine." Severin sighed. "You can be my assistant. I have a second and third period English class, but I doubt you'd be any help with my spell casting class... or can you? Do you have any magical abilities?" Hana seemed completely human to him, but maybe he could be wrong. The suspense took forever. Hana bit her lip and waited. Was she about to get rejected? Was she not good enough? Did she annoy this guy too much? A lot of questions went through her mind and she wasn't sure if she was going to get the job. It was time for English Class. Veith wasn't sure what magic to research for first period but he'll think about it and figure it out later. He entered the classroom and was surprised to find that it had people and it wasn't Veith first. Well, he came rather late, but usually it took a while for classrooms to fill up.
Veith glanced at Professor Novaire. "Good morning." Veith said to him and since Kasie was the only one that he knew in the classroom and because he hasn't seen her in a while he went over to her and greet her a good morning too. "Ah... hello Kasie." Veith said.

Penelope Mikelovitch Penelope rushed into the classroom, her face still flushed red from her rather recent (and quite awkward) encounter in the hallway with William. She plopped down in the nearest seat and immediately let her head drop down to hit her desk with an unceremonious thunk. That. Was horrifying. Horrifying! She had ABSOLUTELY no idea how to deal with that ghost boy, and had ended up literally shouting at him, and then fleeing. She felt horrible. Extremely awkward proposal or not, yelling a string of utter gibberish at anyone, and running away was not the polite thing to do. She squeezed here eyes closed and sniffed, unsure of her next choice of action. The next time she saw William, should she... apologize? Or, or...
...Class was in session wasn't it. Ooooh... right. She sat up, quickly wiping her eyes and yanking her notebook and pencil out of her bag. The reading on hamlet. Right. Right! She had... She had done it! Had she done it! She couldn't actually remember. She blinked. She was fairly certain that some reading... about Hamlet, had been done... at some point in time.

”All say, ‘How hard it is that we have to die’ - A strange complaint to come
"I'm Kasie, and it's a pleasure to meet you, Hana." Kasie returned the greeting. Woah. That was awkward to call a staff member by the first name, but then again, it wasn't so bad since she looked pretty young. Then again, a lot of the teachers looked young. Hana just looked... younger if that made any sense.
"Susan! Veith! Penelope! Hi to you guys too. Well, it was more like Veith was the only one to say hi to me, so the 'too' part was for him, but as Susan and Penelope, it can be a regular hi to you two." She beamed as she blabbed, always happy to chat with people even if Penelope looked a bit busy reading.
Then again, this was a class, so it couldn't be a social hour for her. Time to focus. Sort of anyway. "Don't worry, Professor Novaire, I already did the reading." Kasie could have slacked off and pretended that she couldn't help it since she was a ghost and stuff, but the guilt would have been too much. After all, she could actually read now. So, she had to do it even if it might have made a few pages soggy, but hey, no one needed to know it was her. It was... pretty obvious though.
Though, movies did sound a lot better than reading. Kasie kept her mouth shut on the matter though since it was more of a teacher's decision. Hopefully, he'd agree with Hana.

"I read it, Professor." Veith said. And it was a miracle that he even bothered because of all the preparing for the incident.
Veith just gave her a nod to acknowledge her greeting. It was time for class to start and Veith frankly wasn't a conversationalist. Although he did welcome the movie idea for the book. It might avoid them having to read out loud. Well, thankfully Suzume was nowhere to be found to suggest it. Because he didn't want to get stuck being Hamlet and do a ton of reading.
He was a bit surprised that Kasie did the work. Not that he thought she was stupid, bu she seemed like the type that would go off and float around in a field or something just as useless. Not that he was calling her useless either, but he wasn't trying to say she was exactly useful.
This was giving him a headache. He'll stop thinking about it. He supported the movie. It helped him not think.

Penelope Mikelovitch Penelope managed to send a smile at Kasie before the girl's focus moved elsewhere. She was a rather floaty sort wasn't she? At least, that was the... the sort of vibe Penelope got . "I read it... a-as well!" She said hesitantly. Well she HAD. She hadn't really understood it, but she had certainly read it, though now that the idea of watching it as a movie was circulating the room, her mind was moving elsewhere.
Maybe she was also a rather floaty sort.
"The... There's a recent film version with Patrick Stewart and... David Tennant." She said to Kasie, unable to keep herself from blushing slightly. She LOVED David Tennant... as an actor of course... Okay okay. She also found him quite attractive in her girl form, though she'd never admit to something as awkward as a celebrity crush. "It's gotten, well, rather amazing reviews, a-and such."
