Once the smoke cleared he looked around to see if a student had mixed the wrong chemicals but only found the classroom was two people short. He blinked confusedly as heard the Floridan's words. So it was one of the states? Looking up to the doorway he saw a familiar face. Feliks?'  ███████

Poland stopped coughing but still covered his mouth and nose. The room was clearing up a bit, now that the smoke was dispersing he could see the room and everyone clearer. He heard a familiar voice call his name and he turned towards the direction of the voice. He smiled broadly at seeing his good old friend "Hey Toris!" he yelled and waved at him energetically.

Poland was a bit puzzled why his two roomates were so surprised at seeing him there. He shrugged it off and interpreted it as them admiring his totally cute outfit instead, after all that was the most logical explanation. "Hey Eduard!" he greeted, waving at him too with a smile. He sighed when he heard the bell "Shoot, I came too late again. Oh well, atleast I wasn't in here when that smoke stuff happened, it would have totally made my hair frizz and that would have really sucked." He had the next class with Eduard and Toris, so he waited at the door and decided he'd walk with them there.

Romero paused by the threshold that led into the science room and paused to wait for Leah to catch up. Hopefully she arrived quickly. The longer he hovered here in the doorway, the more lilkely the teacher was to notice that he had arrived late, and the more likely he was to get scolded for his tardiness. If it came down to that, though, Romero was going to argue that he had been up all night fighting… what? He had no proof on him, other than a worn saber that was only slightly more nicked than before and the memories of his brother, Leah, and Anica. Elpis had gone, and Erebus was dead, slain by his and Luis’ hand. Romero sighed at his neglecting to take home any physical evidence to give weight to his truancy. Hurry up, Leah, he thought. He couldn't wait to get out of this doorway and safely into a seat. Idly, he glared at the two sophomores who were lagging behind and deep in conversation. Shouldn’t they be elsewhere by now? This wasn’t their second-period class, after all.
After a few minutes, he gave up waiting and simply sat down at a desk to begin working on the experiment. Today was a sort of pre-lab prep day, as the experiment they would be doing tomorrow involved live animals. Romero swiftly immersed himself in the work, so much so that he almost missed the bell to leave for third period. By the time he finished cleaning up and stowing the equipment and notes, the passing period had almost ended.
