The meaning to our existence... is to live. some distance from a cliffside a young man looked to the sky to see a massive ship, he sighed as he examined the ship to a fine detail, as far as he could tell it was armed with seveal weapons and was a carrier class ship so it had to have some form of airforce or worse mechs, he soon walked toward the cliff side and took out a small earpeice and put it to his ear "camoeflauge systems repose, initiate particle dipursal[/]" soon a cloaking system would disapear from a mobile suit but it's drive system would emit particles that would mess up all electronics "access to setsuna f. Seiei" soon a pully would drop down and setsuna would put his foot in the stirup that would bring him up to the cockpit and as he sat down it would close, next he scanned the area and the ship that was in the skyTo remember those who have died and face the world. God doesn't exist I will...through my own will...

 Shiki {[::]} Ikuto  Kai  Noctis "Cowards.." Noctis narrowed his eyes after Kilian spoke again...magic was his secondary way of attacking, though it was pretty common here. Still, was it really possible for a drug to block magic? There was a spell that could...but..he wasn't sure about any drugs. The prince didn't like how certain those scientists were..so much so that he was slowly tapping into the crystal's power more then he should..trying to silently gather enough power to do something..and thinking of what that 'something' could be that could take care of their foes.
Kai just half smiled, glancing at Kilian and nodding, then canting his head and looking back at Noctis, "We prefer tacticians..or strategists.. In battle, cowards are only those who flee or beg after all." he explained in a normal calm tone before blinking and looking at Cosmos, "Ah, Mister Feathers? Can you make sure you don't kill that one too quickly? He's been a bit of a pain in my neck, so...slow and painful death would suffice."
Both Shiki and Noctis looked beyond ticked at Kai, both were also in agreement..but Noctis wasn't able to do much physically..the beast managing to turn a bit and make a growly/roar at Ikuto.
The panther shook it's head, "I can take 'um..there were bigger turkeys back home that made good dinner.." he sort of purred out in a slightly taunting manner, flicking his tail. Ikuto barred his fangs after a moment and shot a level 3 blizzard at Cosmos.

Omega of Nightmares   The scientists were having a good time feeling superior over what they consider lesser beings... Cosmos probably included in this category. It kind of proved it when Kai turned to him and asked not to kill the neko boy too quickly... calling him 'Mister Feathers'. Holding back more of the irritation that had reacted to that name, he nodded just once. "Of course, Professor." There was no way he'd ever call either of the scientists 'master'... his pride was far too much to lose to allowing something like that to happen. Kilian was just lucky to have 'father' instead of 'b*****d.'
He smirked as Ikuto told his companions that he could take Cosmos, stating that there were bigger 'turkeys' back at his home... heh, this one sure was cocky. "This won't drag on very long. I have something to do afterwards; that dragon Kade is next on the list for stealing what is mine." The level Three blizzard came at him, but the flames again erupted and acted as a shield, the cold spell quickly disengaged as his right arm went over his shoulder, about to strike.
Suddenly he was right in Ikuto's face and slashed out with his raised weapon, the flames growing in size as it came down on the neko. He was sure of him dodging or else using another little trick, so his left hand was free to slash in an horizontal direction. And if neither worked, the flames had already surrounded them both, much like a firewall.

This is your captain speaking. In days time we will prepare for a concert in Midgar. Lets give em' a show shall we!?" . Izuna's voice said over the intercom . The crew was ready of coarse, intergalactic concerts they were trained for. Its been awhile since they did something like that. Some with fist in air and similes. Captain heading to the recording room of the Hiryuu. Setting up a radio station for which all of the planet could listen too. Izuna taking a seat, setting a headset on her ears. Bringing down the mic to her mouth, taking a deep breath.
" On in six! "
A women said in the other room that contained all the electronics. One of them with six fingers up, down six to one. With a thumbs up. Izu opening her eyes, the sign went red. Reading " On Air".
The signal could be picked up on FM 9.91, as many tuned in too the new station. She then spoke, with her passion voice. " This Gear Radio FM 9.91! With your intergalactic singer host Izuna Alana Fujisaki Rayheart!
Coming at you from the scarlet spaceship called Hiryuu kai. In days time, I would announce the first concert to be at the grand city of Midgar. Followed by a world tour! Brought to you by the Alana Rayheart Corporation, with our motto to lead the brightest future. Now lets hear the greatest hits of the universe! " . The music starting, taking off her headset while her Dj took care of the music selection from the charts. But, when some a** decided to use GN particles to ruin the show.The heavy shielding of all the equipment kept it save. It just screwed up the radio long waves causing the signal to scatter like crazy, opening the sliding door. Running down the halls passed the crew members, back the bridge. Giving the command to blast off, as the green flames of the engines bursted becoming larger. The Ship began to pick up speed, heading to the city of Midgar.

((I'm taking a wild guess that you've never watched gundam 00 moon so you don't know what exia's particles from the drive system do, they not only power the mobile suit and give it high mobility but they wreak havoc on all electronics rendering them usless))

Shiki {[::]} Ikuto Kai Noctis Crimson eyes shifted between his foes, outwardly showing a display of anger..inwardly, still angry, but more so at how powerless he was right now..no weapons..no magic..he couldn't even move.
So much malice in the air..and some of it wasn't even from their targets. That little fact amused Kai a bit, he wasn't a sensitive soul after all...and as much as he'd love to think of more ways to annoy Cosmos, something needed to be done about the beast he made. That creature was essential to this plan and it was far too attached to both Noctis and that panther. Since both were..occupied at the moment he figured he could save time and fix that specimen's brain now instead of later. "I'll be just over there doing a bit of rewiring, okay?" he said with a glance at Kilian before calmly walking over to the beast.
Ikuto carefully watched his avian foe, fire versus ice..that kind of sucked.. but he wouldn't leave Noctis and Shiki with these people. The panther growled as Cosmos appeared right in front of him and slashed... Ikuto quickly jumped backward, keeping his head down, or rather he'd lowered it for a reason..and lifted it for the same reason.. That first spell he'd charged wasn't just the Diamond Dust, he'd hidden a bit of a trap in the ground, which shot up at Cosmos... a handful of ice spikes. On their own they wouldn't do much against fire..but after a little accident while sparring with Shiki some time ago, Ikuto had found something useful against a fiery foe..an underground water vein..which he'd tapped into. If Cosmos broke or melted the ice, he'd get a nice powerful burst of water.

On top of a giant mountain that overlooked what seemed to be a freaking bottomless pit. Just sitting there with his knees pulled up to his chest and his head hung slightly over, looking into the darknss of the pit. He wasn't going to commit suicide or anything, he just needed to get away from everyone, he felt like Aisha just left, and didn't want to be with him anymore... It wasn't exactly a great feeling... He sighed heavily, why think about this? It just... Sucked, really reaelly sucked... Aisha never cared about him, that was it wasn't it? She just up and left, obviously she didn't... Why even taunt him and give him hope she cared? He slowly stood, and turned to leave when suddenly, A man in red hair suddenly appeared in front of him, stabbing his katana into his chest suddenly! Holding it backwards with his main hand, and pushing it in more with his off-hand. Zane obviously grunting in shock. "You know, killing a Cetra is the highest honor one can have in my family" He said coldly, the man himself, it was a mystery who he was, but if Zane could hear the planet at that particular moment, he'd know he was a threat to the planet. With that, he shoved Zane off his katana with his foot... Right into the bottomless pit there! Shiki {[::]} Ikuto Kai Noctis A quiet chuckle came from Kai, "Thanks for your concern my friend, but I have faith in your projects.. Cosmos seems more then enough to deal with the cat. Plus they're weak when their beloved comrades are in danger...a knife to the throat and it would just snarl or something." he said and shrugged a bit.. looking over at Cosmos' fiery attack, frowning ever so slightly...he did want the cat dead..but he wanted to use that to break Noctis. Eh, he could implant some false death if something went wrong.. As Kai passed the swordsman, he messed with the prince's hair a bit, like one would do to a child..then continuing on and stopping in front of his prized beastie, petting it's head absentmindedly.
That visibly made Noctis even more ticked when Kai messed with his hair...if that was even possible. It was almost forgotten though as he started petting the beast, "Get the hell away from Shiki..." he growled out, nothing to threaten with, but it wouldn't stop him.
"Hn? You named it Shiki... not too bad of a name. You were a royal on your world so I guess that bit does show...occasionally.. As for your request, please file an inquiry with a Shin-ra secretary, I'm a bit busy." he said calmly as he started..small flickers of light occasionally flashed around the hand on Shiki's head..both Shiki and Noctis flinched a bit each time that happened.
Ikuto was a bit put off he didn't lash out at the trap, but he had other ideas...there were fiery foes where he was from too after all. The panther watched as Cosmos absorbed fire from some spell..then make one nasty flaming tornado that was headed for him. Ice lost against fire...but fire lost against water....and ice was was water.....he just needed the right amount. The crescent on his back started glowing and raising up a bit as he began running from the fiery tornado, it only took a moment before he skidded to turn and roar. The dirt and dust he'd kicked up quickly froze and blew wildly, joined with a rapidly growing amount of snow and ice that soon formed into a sort of controlled blizzard, which flew to clash with the fire tornado. That would cause it to 'rain' just for a bit..
Just after he'd sent that attack he heard Noctis' voice barely through the crackling flame and wind.. Ikuto glared and roared, sending a volley of icicle daggers shooting toward Kai and Kilian.

A young Cetra teen, who previously blacked out after beginning to fall into that pit, believing that to be his end, soon stirred awake... Inside a... Tent? He must be dreaming... He grunted, grabbing onto his gut... He was... Really really hungry... What was going on here? "You're finally awake?" Came a sudden girl's voice from the entrance to the tent, Zane looked to the sound to see... A young, rather beautiful Elvan teenage girl, wearing a rather interesting headband, going over the top of her head that had angel wings on it, which of course, from Zane inspiried a "...Am I in Heaven?" "Huh?" "You look like an angel" The girl's face suddenly reddened slightly, "Wh-what?!" He just pointed to her headband, then... A slightly disappointed look went over the teen's face "Oh, right, that... Of course, what else could you mean..." Zane shrugged a bit, obviously not seming to get what she was thinking sadly! Maybe it was because of his current emoness! "Where am I? What happened? Who're you?" "You're in an Elvan camp, I was out looking for firewood and stumbled across you near a lake... I'm-" "Why am I in different clothes?" He blinked, looking at his outfit finally, the girl seemed to get slightly nervous at that "Err, uhh, w-well, when I found you you didn't have any... Um, clothes on..." "Wh-what?! You saw...!" "N-no! I-I mean, y-you had underwear on...!" That might possibly have been a lie, but it was to make things less awkward for him! Zane took a deep breath Thank God...! Aisha would've killed..... Oh wait... He sighed slightly, shaking his head a bit, the girl raised an eyebrow, putting her arms behind her lower back "I'm Alisa... Who are you? I've never seen someone of your race" "I'm Zane, Zane Fair, you've never seen a human before?" "You... You're not human, are you?" "Oh right, I'm a Cetra... You've never heard of the Cetra?" Zane's eyes darted around to the many, many looks he was getting... Every elf in the camp was gathered and it felt like they were all staring at him! "I-I think I'll excuse myself..." He stood and slowly edged away! Alisa sighed and also stood, walking quickly after Zane, at least he had gotten some food until they realized he wasn't exactly normal to the camp, and soon after realized he was the one the Ring had chosen! "I think I should go... Good to meet you Alisa" "Wait!" Zane blinked, turning to her "...What?" Alisa stood there, blinking innocently, her face reddening slightly... Think of something...! "Oh! You need to see the Elder first!" That had to work! "Uhh, okay?" Alisa turned and walked quickly to the Elder's tent, obviously the most elegent looking, well, second most that is. Once they got inside, Alisa bowed politely "Elder, this is Zane Fair, the one that I found, Zane, this is the Tribe Elder, our spiritual guardian and wisest man in our tribe" She said courteously, Zane just said... Of course... "Sup!" "Sup?! He's The Elder! You should be bowing and making a proper greet-" "That's enough Alisa, it is quite fine." The Elder said "Please, let us speak alone" Alisa nodded, doing another bow and exiting the tent. The Elder stood from the rather comfortable pillow on the ground he used to sit on, walking to Zane "So, you are the one the Prophecy fortold of..." "Huh? What Prophecy?" " "The Ring of the Twin Dragon will choose the warrior who will have the strength, and worth, to save the world" " Zane's eyes widened "What?! Th-that's not me! You have me mistaken for someone else! I-I'm not even from the same world as you, and I'm only Fourteen!" "The ring does not make mistakes. It disregards age, race, and origins, to find the most honorable, and worthy warrior... Though, I sense there is much conflict in you, you have a great Darkness in you for such a Hero" "Darkness? No problem... I can control it" "No, I don't know what it is, but something has amplified the darkness, and now when you turn to it, the Darkness will control you..." However, if your darkness takes over, these will change, Red Glow, to represent Evil, and Corruption, a Black Glow, to show Death, and Destruction, as your goal..." "Why're you telling me this?" "Because, you will be going on a journey, a quest, of sorts, there is a grave danger that threatens this world, I think you have had a most recent encounter with him" "That guy? How could he threaten the world?" "The truth will be revealed to you, however, I cannot do so. You must seek this on your own, and seek to stop his plotting..." "That might be a little hard with, uh, you know, NO SWORD!" The Elder just shook his head slightly at him! "Your Ring, it can materialize your very will and resolve into a weapon" "Really? Cool! Black sword soon appearing in his hand with a white outline, a golden stopper, and hilt, though the hilt itself was covered by bandages, he blinked, taking a closer inspection of the sword, of course he LOVED IT, it was him, who loved him more then him? "I think I'll call it..." He turned back to him "Requiem" The Elder nodded, smiling slightly at that "Now you know the path that lies before you..." "Uhh, I guess so..." Zane sighed slightly, The Elder nodded "Very good, please, go outside, wait there, and send Alisa in, I need to speak with her..." "He... Uh, wants me to... Come with you..." "..." Zane shrugged "Ok!" He said with a smile, which made her giggle a bit "Sounds like you're excited to hear I'm coming...!" She suggested, though it might just be her being over hopeful! "Sure. I don't see why I wouldn't be" He was either very aware of how she felt, or completely oblivious! "Well, where do we start?" "The Elder says you need to clear out personal tormoil before starting on your journey, at least most of it. He says there's a friend of yours nearby. I'll show you where..." "Friend of mine?" She turned and started out of the camp, though she took a quick stop at her camp to do some packing and get her Bow and Arrows. She announced as she exited the tent. she then started out of the camp... "Don't you want to say goodbye to your friends?" She blinked, turning to him "Oh...! She smiled at that, resting her hand on her chest at that "And I carry all of my friends within my heart... This also stems into, "Death is an Illusion"." "Wow, that's all really cheesy" Alisa giggled, grabbing his arm "Oh...! You're terrible! Come on!" Shiki {[::]} Ikuto Kai Noctis Kai briefly glanced at Kilian..then Noctis, then back to Shiki as he worked, "Hm..perhaps..but somehow when they were both at Shin-ra they developed a telepathic way of communicating. I don't trust computers with delicate work like this..disconnecting them. Wouldn't all our work relayed right to our foes before anything is ready after all." he said and shrugged a bit. Sure enough the flinches from Shiki remained the same, but Noctis started to not react as much. Kal spared another glance after Ikuto tried attacking them and chuckled a bit, "Probably won't be much longer till the ice cat gets melted...or maybe, toasted?" he mused.
Things really weren't going good...anyone could see that..his connection with Shiki was fading, but both knew the scientists wouldn't kill them. Ikuto was already listed to be put down though and neither of them wanted that..plus his plan relied on both of their power so he had to do it soon. Noctis forced himself to turn as much as he could to look at his panther ally, "Ikuto! Get the hell outta here, now! Placet!" he added, because he knew the panther would argue otherwise...and probably die..three tricksters against one was never good odds.. Noctis' eyes gained a brighter glow of crimson and a midnight-blue aura wildly flared around himself and Shiki. The earth a fair area around them shook and only a moment later whatever bits of raw iron and ore that were in the ground burst into the air. Most of the fragments formed a thick dome around the fiery bird that was after Ikuto...the rest, which was still quite a bit, formed into long spikes that tried to skewer Kai, Cosmos and Kilian..not really bothering to direct any attention toward Cheshire since it'd likely be wasted effort.
Shiki was also focusing as hard as she could..their last resort had distracted Kai enough to stop for a moment..but he'd be back to taking away her bond with Noctis soon enough..
Ikuto looked between Shiki and Noctis...like Noctis had thought, he wanted to stay and fight..free his friends.. but.. Noctis never said that. The moment an aura flared around his two friends he knew he had to chose...stay, fight something he had a bad disadvantage with..or get help.. The ice panther growled and ground his teeth before suddenly shifting and bolting back toward Midgar..hating leaving them there more each time his paws hit the ground..
Kai scowled a bit...he's been able to place strong layered barriers around himself and Kilian..slightly surprised that the two captured foes managed to break through a few layers without an actual weapon..but most remained and was more then enough to keep the two scientists safe. He snapped his fingers, then pointed toward the retreating figure of the cat..
..which Cheshire went after without a sound after the second the target was pointed out.
His pale hand reached back over to Shiki's head and continued with the 'rewiring' of the beast. "I must say..that was a bit of a surprise..and not too bad considering the situation. Do keep in mind that I've been studying you for some time..your precious power does have take a toll on you..especially after this much use. So..two things..first, a thank you for wearing yourself out and becoming even more pathetic...second, a punishment for being a sneaky little rat.." he finished disconnecting the link between Noctis and Shiki as he finished talking, "..and no..that wasn't the punishment.."
Kai was right about the power taking a toll..Noctis was out of breath and beyond tired and achy, but the effects of their last resort literally fell apart as their bond was cut. The first and likely last sight of that much of the Caelum crystal's power, the strain would be too much on a single being. The prince didn't allow himself to fall, continuing to glare in defiance.
It was only a few moments later that Cheshire appeared nearby again...with a struggling Ikuto..who's mouth was tied shut a rope Cheshire had gotten from who-knows-where and all four legs were bent awkwardly. "Sorry master....Cheshire had to break this one a little."
"That's fine..I was going to let Cosmos just have his fun torching him anyway." Kai stated as he stepped over to Ikuto and crouched, casting a side glance at Noctis..who for once seemed nervous. "This is your punishment...your fault..that your friend will suffer a painfully slow death.." he explained as he moved Ikuto so the panther was a bit more in it's back, then placing his hand over the panther's chest. His fingernails grew into his own natural long knife-sharp nails.. in one swift movement Kai thrust his hand into and back out of the panthers chest..a small piece of red pinched in his claws that was a darker shade then blood. Naturally Ikuto had tried to roar in pain when that happened, but only muffled sounds escaped. "I've just torn a hole in his heart...which, with this amount, will allow the panther roughly twenty minutes of life left before he bleeds out." he explained as he shifted his gaze from the now mostly motionless barely alive panther, to Noctis to see the prince's reaction..
Noctis could only stare...Ikuto got stabbed...right there in front of him..and he couldn't do anything... His eyes slowly faded to his normal cobalt blues as a rare expression slight shock took place. "...Ikuto.....no..." he barely whispered. This was impossible...that naive, foolish, childlike panther could be dying..definitely not like this...not by him...but...he was.
((sorry about just speeding up, but. the part of my brain that does actual fighting is kinda..missing..mighta shriveled up after breathing in Mr.Clean fumes for a week straight... Even sorta borrowed a bit of it from an anime/manga. If you spot what and the name of what it's from, you get a sticker.))

A few of the spikes had penetrated it, but from the look of the hot-red glow from them, the tips were melted away and he was working himself out of the dome as they spoke. Kilian turned back to watch as Kai finished taking away the bond between the creature and prince. He could see the effects immediately, though the prince even in his weakened state refused to fall completely.
Smirking lightly as Cheshire dragged back the ice neko, Kai walked over and moved it onto its back. Here was another example that Kai wasn't as human as most would have thought; his fingernails grew to the point of looking like think and small knives. With a deft jab into the neko's chest, he would yank back and hold a small dark red piece of the creature's heart. "Beautiful punishment for your test subject."
An considerably-large hole finally formed in the dome, and steam unfurled from it like smoke as Cosmos placed a hand on the burning edge of the hole. It hardly effected him. But he was shaking from effort... of retaining his control of his body, anyway. The fight itself was child-play, but his concentration had slipped when he had gotten encased in that dome and spikes were driving into it at him from a few different angles. The only option at that point was to unleash his strongest fire aura blast, for iron had to be at a high temperature in order to melt like liquid.
His red eyes flickered slightly... it change to the color of gold for several long seconds. 'Must... retain control. Stupid boy... foolishly attacking me this one time!' Cosmos started his way to the others, but his eyes kept flickering between red and gold... the other him was fighting now that it had the chance. Must... break free... and help... [[-Here's where things can get interesting with Cosmos... if you want Ikuto to live, let me know and it can be done. XD-]]
