I think we need we still need to have our Genin test before, village wise, we are considered Genin. Any one who had there Rpc before the change anyway.
Although I can't say for certain.

Unless you're in the middle of training or some other important RPC interaction, you would be allowed to timeskip yourself to genin. That is, if Cobra gives you a green light.

The plan is to give a fancy super awesome genin test once each student has learned their last two necessary jutsu. Wall and water walking. Since in Oto those are needed before being fully recognized as a genin.
So, the faster you guys find yourselves a teacher for those two techniques, the faster we can get a test started up!
I think I have a way for Shin to learn them already... Who else needs? I know Tenza and Tensai are being taught by Lilly.

Tensai is done to...but minus the whole 'teacher knocked me out' thing haha.
Tenza is halfway done I think but I haven't seen any activity from Sadness, Meta, or Shay in awhile. I suspect Sadness may be busy because I haven't seen her post in the forums I lurk in, I think Shay may be done with her character. I dunno about Meta either
