Cain's eyes returned to the regular white and grey from their black and gold state. He sweats a little bit and then falls back on the grass.
"Yeah...probably."
He looks around at the familiar area. The scenery was relaxing and had a bit of a rejuvinating aura to it.
"Heh...I haven't been here in ages."

Liliana nodded, looking at the area through Cain's eyes. It did look nice and relaxing. But there was still so much to do. "It has been a while," she admitted. "But we can't linger. There's still so much to do. The other Sins need to be gathered to get rid of them, we need to find out about all these disappearances and deaths, need to make sure the others nations are okay..."

Cain listened to her and then let out a sigh. He places his hand ontop of hers and turns to her.
"You've been working hard for days now. I know its important to get the sins, but you are gonna end up killing yourself from exhaustion if you keep this up. You need to take a break and regain your strength."
Cain gives her a hug.

Liliana sighed but enjoyed the hug all the same. "I know I need to rest but it makes the to do list seem even bigger when I do," she said quietly. "That and I don't like to be resting while I know Fenrir's not dead yet. His thread's still there." She tapped her head. "I keep seeing the threads burn. Or something purposely blocking my sight through them. It's... unnerving."

She couldn't argue with him on that. No matter how focused she was, she was limited by how much magic she could do. Sighing, she curled up against Cain. "Thanks," she said, "for being my reminder to reality."

Cain leans over and kisses Lili on the lips for a second, then turns back to the creek, starring at it.
"Trust me, I wish I had unlimited stamina as well. Then i'd be able to protect you forever."

"Forever's a long time for anything, Cain. Only Fate lasts forever," Liliana said as she felt the edges of sleep start to take her. She was more tired than she realized, having been teleporting from one nation to the next without really resting in between. Then fighting with someone as well had been just as bad. "We need to figure out who holds the other Sins. Envy, Pride, Gluttony, and Sloth are lost to me. And I think Fenrir has Greed."
