Eirlys will start to sing a song. Anyone within range of her voice is susceptible to her song, but only one person can and will immediately fall under her spell, emulating whatever the song being sung tells them to do. While she sings, the constricting aura of frost around her extends further outwards until it wraps around the person she wishes to hear the song, and only that individual will hear what she sings. The colder the area the more angelic her voice will seem, and the one influenced will only seek to please. The Genjutsu lasts only as long as Eirlys continues to sing, and any interruption will immediately break the spell. Character: Eirlys Shinsetsu Technique Name: Kori Kuinzu (Ice Queen) Rank: S Type: Bloodline Element: Yukiton Description: Eirlys is able to use this by forming five complete Hatsuyuki about herself, allowing them to cover her entire body and harden into solid ice. She is still conscious beneath the ice and can move about freely in her new ice form. Her physical attack and defense are significantly increased due to this, and her resistance to weaker Katon Ninjutsu (C Rank and below) is absolute. Suiton techniques C rank and lower begin to freeze once they come within 3 yards of her in this form. The cold air about her is so cold to the point where it burns. She can freeze any part of a person's body almost immediately as she touches them while in this form. The person will immediately start to feel the limb touched begin to freeze, and exactly after two of their posts have passed, said limb will be frozen solid. If two posts have passed and nothing is done, the cold will have traveled throughout their body and they will begin to experience frostbite. Members of the Shinsetsu and Hyouton clan are virtually unaffected by her touch, and Katon Ninjutsu that are S ranked will immediately melt the ice around her upon contact. This form lasts for a duration of 8 posts. Character: Izaya Toryo Technique Name: Hataori no Jutsu: Fusui-shi no Hoyo [Weaving Technique: Geomancer's Embrace] Rank: B Type: Genjutsu Element: N/A Description: This Genjutsu works only as long the user can keep their hand on the victim(s). Without delay, the victim(s) is hurled into the Genjutsu, and the user can freely control all things within the area depending on where the victim(s) is situated. If they are standing in a building, then the user can only manipulate artificial things. If they stand in nature, then the user can manipulate the grass and trees all around. If they stand on plain land, the user can manipulate the earth, etc. Imagination is key.

Duration: 5 posts It's interesting... but to make it a little more clear, the first part of the jutsu cast just flips the world upside down. Yet when broken, they don't quite realize that they've been tricked into thinking that jutsus cost double the chakra to use. I have two questions about this jutsu... What would stop the kai or the right amount of pain used to break the first stage just immediately break the second stage since they're both tied together? And when you say the duration is five posts, is it just five posts from the start of stage one? Or does it start with stage one and then start over when stage two kicks in?

Approved in here they're sen as a personal spin on the bloodline since it's just something personal to the ninja though I think if you have a student you can teach them it if they are of the same bloodline. You'd use the custom slot but the student would kinda get an awesome move for free.

Reaper Elyse Edits: I'm nixing two of these just for the sake of when deliberation on this stuff actually starts moving again I'll have these two spots open for tech's Character: Yuugao Hanshou Technique Name:BloodRuby Quartz Rank: S-rank Type: Ninjutsu Element: Garasu (Glass) Bloodline Description: A Hari clans member who seeks to go even further than glass that is even more versatile and deadly than crafting the normal harder than steel Quartz variant of their glass make can further their skills with the use of blood ( hardness *9 on scale) Drawing blood into the forge of the glass the crystal quartz retains a blood red hue and becomes capable of carrying over chakra signature for a given period of time before shattering or until shattered. Normal Hari clan techniques become even stronger with the energy of different chakra natures running trough them. This Glasses length of use stands by the Chakra poured into it Via blood. Activation cost 40 points of charka per item ( kunai, swords, clone,etc. E-B techs) formed. Four items or one large construct ( large dome, terrain cover, rain of glass tech, etc.*A-S techs) can be made in a turn cost of 160 points total. This glass being formed can retain at most 60 chakra from the targets blood it's formed from. Each stage spends and exchanges the chakra equal to rank and in this transference of chakra trough the shared action of the partner and tamer nin. Shadow of the Shifter: This chakra transference allows the animal to gain more human characteristics like hands and the ability to use weapons. The Tamer gains a animalistic trait from the partner used in the technique which is only one to begin with (three is the maximum at jounin rank). Three transformation takes from in a the form of the tamer and partner being temporarily concealed from sight in an absence of light. The change reveals the partner with an antro appearance as stage one C-rank with the most basic abilities suggestive of the technique. Shadow of the Warrior: The Tamer on the other hand gains one simple trait from the partner and their eyes change to resemble that of the animals. When changing the beast takes on it's own independent form, making it different from the “Beast-Man clone technique” which has the partner turn into the tamer shinobi in likeness. The Partner takes on their own independent form full clothed in respecters to their ninja village., by stage two they look fully human rather than a human animal mixture. The shroud of darkness now not only changes the as described but also grants them one simple weapon to which that can draw with the expense of 20 charka at A-rank. Shadow of the Beast-Master: The final stage the full transformed partners and the tamer all become shrouded by the darkness once more emerging not completely revealed of the the shadow like cloak which envelopes them from their feet. The partners are fully clothed in black garments or armor and the tamer is as well wearing a flowing shadow like version of their apparel. This shroud grants the animals an added trait of obscuring their position and presence for a brief moment (2 turns). Their sheer presence seems to bring a darkness with them which darkens the are of at most half a mile. With a superficial mental link to the Tamers position and actions (not senses but more over motions) they can improve their fighting ability as a unit . The tamer working as a terminal between the partners can spread this communicative ability to all partners used in this technique.The tamers body has shifted rather than just taking on the traits of the three partners but has a chimer like form which collaborates each form (human +3animal appendages). They are capable of taming near by creatures which are shared in the mixture the chimera form that are in listening distance of the tamers roar. ~ Each stage of this technique can last up to five [5] post. ~ The rank chakra cost counts for one partner transformed. For the total and max three partner limit on must spend the chakra amount three times. ~ Trough out the stages the tamer only receives one trait from one partner. ~ The S-rank stage requires all three parters involved. Meaning three times the S-rank chakra cost. Once captured by the technique one can sense all things pertaining to what it would feel like to be willed to explode into flames. Even the environment would seem to be effected. Since this technique works on light whom ever looks at the user or sees some one effected will be put under a half state of the illusion. Where they will not feel the sensation but experience the genjutsu trough all other senses. This jutsu is weaker in the dark, and can be amplified trough focusing light. (when amplified the rank of the effect rises by one, in darkness it lowers by one. Making the experience end with in a turn rather than three.) In summary the first party or the one directly put under the jutsu is made to feel the full effect to it's full duration. The second party or those outside of the shinobi who cast the technique are only fooled for one turn but in the instance that someone touches they're burning ally the jutsu won't make them feel pain and it would be broken. ~ 20ft distance ~ The person is experience "spontaneous combustion", so they technically feel like they suddenly "burst" into flames, not into pieces, just flames which will burn them to death. Character: Axel Storn Technique Name: Origami Art • Blade Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Paper Description: With this jutsu Axel extends his arm and makes the paper around it move to his hand, creating a blade of paper that can be expanded up to six feet. This blade has the same cutting abilities as a regular weapon, with the trade off of being much lighter than your avarage steel sword; weight around a pound, if not less. This weapon is covered in chakra, which allows it to parry other metal weapons, and also explains why it has such cutting potential.

iAkura-kun Character: Axel Storn Technique Name: Origami Art • Blade Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Paper Description: With this jutsu Axel extends his arm and makes the paper around it move to his hand, creating a blade of paper that can be expanded up to six feet. This blade has the same cutting abilities as a regular weapon, with the trade off of being much lighter than your avarage steel sword; weight around a pound, if not less. This weapon is covered in chakra, which allows it to parry other metal weapons, and also explains why it has such cutting potential.
Change the last sentence to, "This weapon is covered in chakra, which allows it to contend with weapons forged of metal, or enhanced with chakra, and also explains why it has such cutting potential." You also misspelled "average" in the sentence before that. Fix those little hiccups, and you're good to go.

Character: Ayume Unagi Technique Name: Flight of White Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Yukiton Description: After the creation of snow, Ayume is able to create a flock of large birds to dive and attack the target to do physical damage.
Character: Ayume Unagi Technique Name: Crimson Sights Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: Yukiton Description: Once the enemy is injured and blood has been spilled onto her snow, she is able to use that bloody snow into an attack that hones in onto the person who's blood has been used, making it nearly impossible to avoid. This Jutsu can be used in conjunction with any of her other Yukiton attacks as long as an efficient amount of blood can be used. (Unable to use small drops of blood for any attack) The only way to avoid being hit by any attack used with this Jutsu is to dodge in time for it to hit something else, or melt the snow with a B-rank Katon Jutsu.

Character: Yuugao Hanshou Technique Name: Spectral Havoc Rank: B Type: Genjutsu Description: A genjutsu technique based on the transmission of light. Following the proper hand signs the shinobi permeates a chakra signal into the ambient light around them which creates and illusion that activates trough sight. This illusion allows the Shinobi to have their opponent suddenly believe they are capable of spontaneously having them burst into flames and the very air around them with a gesture. Once captured by the technique one can fell all sensations pertaining to what it would be like to be willed to explode into flames. Even the environment would seem to be effected. Since this technique works on light whomever looks at the user or sees someone subdued by this technique will be put under a half-subdued form of the illusion. Where they will not feel the heat or pain but experience the genjutsu trough all other senses. In summary the first party or the one directly put under the jutsu is made to feel the full effect to its full duration. The second party or those outside of the shinobi who was initially subdued by the technique are only fooled for one turn but in the instance that they touch their burning ally the jutsu will not cause them pain effectively breaking the genjutsu. This jutsu is weaker in the dark, and can be amplified trough focusing light. (when amplified the rank of the effect rises by one, in darkness it lowers by one. Making the experience end with in a turn rather than three.) ~ 20ft distance ~ The person is to experience "spontaneous combustion", so they technically experience suddenly "bursting" into flames, not into pieces, just flames which will burn them to death, the relative speed of the effect is akin to an explosion but the pain is simply based on burning.
