You should give an example of which techniques, and what you mean by combining.
Because according to the rules, you can make multiple attacks per turn.

Say combine Split Shot with the Charged Shot technique. Or Charged Shot with the Power Shot, etc.

Gtack Say combine Split Shot with the Charged Shot technique. Or Charged Shot with the Power Shot, etc. I'd say it really depends. Some things can be combined but others wouldn't be able to take the energy. For example, glancing shot with an energy bullet might be acceptable because you're not trying to manipulate a bullet two ways at once. Usually if you're using energy to manipulate something, you can't manipulate it with anything else. Otherwise the energies would become disoriented and clash against each other......or something like that, anyways. >.>

I did. The Charged Shot is a technique that Ranger use that enhances the effectiveness of their arrows. The Split Shot is the technique that allows them to shoot four arrows at once at four targets. My question is: Would one be able to charge each arrow, or only one?
Or the other combo: Again, the Charged Shot is a technique that Rangers use that fills their arrow with energy to enhance damage dealt. The Power Shot is a method of attacking with the bow that also enhances the damage of the arrow. Would a Ranger be able to combine the two techniques for double the effectiveness?

I'm thinking that an RP example or two would show what you are meaning would benefit you. Although from reading this, as long as the allotted energy is taken out for the attack it sounds reasonable.
