WylrPnufh Well, my Nuzlocke is at a horrible horrible stand-still.
My Next Challenge is Clair, and all my Pokemon are level ~35. 2 Dragonairs, Gyarados, and a Kingdra. I feel I can take on the first 3 without TOO much problems, but ********... ********. That Kingdra. You find something good at the Ice Path?

TtheHero
I think it's something where if any of your pokemon faint you have to release them.
A Self Imposed Challenge of sorts. I've figured that much out, but it seems like there's more to it than that. Like having a limited number of Pokemon you can catch. Are there some officially unofficial rules for it that someone can tell me about?

No Revives. Layers don't usually count, unless you're doing a somewhat easy run.
Uhm, some people limit grinding, PokeCenter visits, or the amount you can get from Pokecenters.
I dunno. Grinding is allowed generally, so is the Pokecenter. I assumed there was a limit to items so I'm playing where I can only buy four, Pokeballs unrestricted.
It's not just one Pokemon. You can only catch the first Pokemon you meet. If you faint it, or are unable to capture, you lose out.
I don't count the first ten minutes when you can't catch a thing. p:

If yu caught Pokemon A before, and it sppears again as the first on a route, yu can skip it and wait for a Pokemon B. But if yu miss out on catching it, that route is dead.
There are other things yu could add for more challenge. For example, hon limited herself to only 1 item per Poke Mart.

If the first wild pokémon flees or is knocked out, or you don't have any pokéballs, you missed your chance for that area. You also have to nickname all of your pokémon. Otherwise, no. You can add restrictions if you want, but those are the basic rules. However, I'd suggest changing the capture restriction to the first pokémon you encounter that you haven't caught before. Otherwise you end up catching the same pokémon over and over.

.....stupid zubats... stare Then say that you're not allowed to catch duplicates. You'll probably get stuck with a Zubat in the first cave, but they won't count in future caves so you'll be able to catch something else.

My Crobat, that managed to wipe out the entirety of Claire's gym, save one Dragonair, is very offended.
>:C Apologize to Crobro.
