^For stalking Ms.Kyrostar (media darling of the wizarding community) and falsley accusing her of a silly misdemtor at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry with no evidence or relevance. After being treated at St. Mungo's hospital for several animal bites that mysteriously looks like the work of lions, she was sentenced to 3 months in Azkaban.

I personally think that Fudge needs to be taken out of the ministry somehow, but perhaps not that way.
Anyhow, you were caught and sent to Azkaban for attempted murder.
