A breath of relief, Then a Loud BOOM was heard from the hallway outside the doorway.
" Hu...I don't know what it is."she whispered.
Usually it was easy to sense what creature it was, maybe she hasn't heard of this one....
The kitty arched up a little.
Another sound and blood was seen splattering at the doorway,
some of it entering the room.

miachi ordered the bots to project camera 13 onto the nearest wall.
it showed the a girl with a long chain like weapon with her eyes covered..."what the hell is that?..." he said then noticed a ladder leading into a higher floor in the skyscraper...Miachi ran up to it and started climbing he then yelled for koneko "to come on" the bots followed while the kitty jumped on each of them like stepping stones until it reached the other room.

They frantically climbed, making it towards the top.
Vampire..but it was different..
" I think it was a vampire..."
The kitty jumped into her waiting hands.
"And that was a long set of ladder."

there was a cracked window near them which if looked through , a person could see outside. quickly miachi ran to it "..your probably right but it doesn't seem like it has noticed us...yet.' he said while frantically searching for any sign of more creatures that could harm them.
after that miachi saw an open door that led to another hall like the one they'd already walked through earlier. one of the bots suddenly fell to the ground crashing making miachi remember that he didnt recharge their battery life..like he usually did. "dammit ! we need to leave and head back to my base!"

((it was just getting good but okay ill wait till you get back smile ))
Miachi pondered it for a second then quickly picked up the fallen bot. "okay, i trust you.." he said then followed her into the room with the bots who were still up and flying.
a rumble came from the building then the room was filled with physical manifestation of possessed people , there eyes no longer filled with any emotion just hunger.. the bots soon started shooting
at them while miachi took out his flask of holy water ready to use it,if it was needed.

Many sounds could be heard from where she was standing...parts of buildings falling apart, fire, people shouting, hearts raging away...she was able to hear all that...her senses were fully developed thanks to her training. And were amplified because of the blindfold she was wearing...that allowed her to focus on the others. The scent of that special blood was also flying around...his or her heart was also raging away...he or she was, or really excited, or scared to death. There was no expression on her face...a serious grin, nothing else. Yet, she felt that scent and walked towards it...non stop. She got into another building, this time a taller one. She slowly walked up the stairs, breaking each and every door on her way up. The scent was increasing... Wonder what it would be...she though, but no sound came from her mouth...She almost reach the rooftop, when she heard a noise....

Koneko soon got busy with action with sword against flesh, blood flying, or at least one could call it that...
The 'zombies'...thats wat I'm calling them, charged un-mindingly towards prey.

Miachi took out his spare revolver and aimed for one of the "zombies" and shot its leg, he saw it fall then start crawling over to him ,"s**t!" miachi exclaimed then pulled the trigger 2 times before the thing wasnt moving anymore , damn....anyone starting to get annoyed?.." he asked

Koneko sliced another body in half, and another's arm off, and then another.....again, then again.
"where are they coming from? Didn't we just knock down half of them?" she said, noticing increasing numbers.

Miachi pondered the questions before sending on of his bots to take a blood sample from the zombie creatures "i got it!, it must be because ..they are after something ..or someone" he said then reloaded the revolver again ..now with full ammo he shot a 3 square dead in the head before returning to hide behind a torn up couch that was somehow placed inside that room. that when he spotted away out of that room, "..the air ducks..' miachi told himself. he took out a spare cookie from his jacket pocket and threw it at koneko, trying to get her attention.

Sensing something from behind, she sliced the air- or rather the cookie,It fell in halves.
Koneko glanced at Shadows.
"What?"
And stabbed another body.

miachi pointed at the air duck entrance , it was big enough for both of them to go inside it but he had no idea where it would take them. he hoped it would lead them somewhere farther from these zombies.
miachi then started crawling into the air duck as quickly as he could. the bots would hold the zombies off until both of them were inside it, Now that he was inside the air duck he could initiate the smoke screen that the bots had inside them. "come one !" he yelled then kept crawling

Koneko stared at the vent, wondering how her case would fit inside. And stabbed and slashed at two more bodies.
SHe ducked and rolled to the opening and crawled inside, her case fit, but movement was slower than she wanted.
Again, she followed Shadows.

he looked back to see if she was there and koneko was so he kept crawling for a couple minutes and it was getting pretty hot inside that thing, he could feel some sweat starting to form on his forehead.
miachi glanced back behind him one more time. once he returned his attention back to the front there were two exits one on the right and other on the left... which one to take he thought for a second..... miachi made up his mind and crawled toward the right exit.
once close enough he peeked his head out the vent and saw nothing but an empty room and a scratched door. 'seems safe'
he tried to crawl out as safe as possible but fell flat on his face.."oowww"
